🚫 No parties or large gatherings permitted

🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – no loud noise, music, or disruptions

👥 Guests are allowed between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Maximum of 2 visitors at a time)

🛑 Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval and no more than 2 nights per month.

These rules help us maintain a clean, quiet, and professional living space for all residents. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of stay.

Bookings canceled 14+ days before move-in: First and last month’s rent will be refunded, but the Background Check and Admin Fee and security deposit are non-refundable.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
