PodShare es una comunidad de vida en común que ofrece viviendas compartidas asequibles en toda la ciudad de Los Ángeles, donde una cápsula en una de nuestras ubicaciones da acceso a toda nuestra red de ubicaciones.

Desde 2012, PodShare ha acogido a más de 20.000 personas de todo el mundo en 6 ubicaciones, en más de 200 viviendas construidas a medida, con una ocupación anual del 92%.

Nuestro objetivo es alojar al ciudadano global. Los módulos ofrecen a las personas la oportunidad de vivir en barrios caros del país y del mundo en lugar de en apartamentos u hoteles tradicionales. A medida que crece nuestra red, se consigue la independencia de ubicación para la creciente población de autónomos y trabajadores por cuenta ajena, todo ello gracias a la economía colaborativa.

The host was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient. Our space, in particular, didn't have AC, but it didn't matter at night. I would recommend it if you're looking for a place to sleep

Super convenient and easy for a last-minute pinch when you need a place to rest.
If you’re doing a solo weekend in the city and need a place to crash, it's definitely a great spot.
A bit more toasty and stuffy than I prefer, but cozy enough to recuperate.
Accommodating to most needs and a nice, calm spot in the morning to get centered for the day ahead. Easy, quick, and affordable for that last-minute pinch to hold you over for a weekend.
Highly recommend and will be back soon enough.

About a 20-minute walk from a major transit station. I was able to book on the way and had a bunk an hour later. Clean and worth the price to have a secure place to crash with toilet and shower setup. Very quiet evening and morning.
