Check-in was easy, the bed was comfy, and the living spaces were nice and clean. I did get a vibe that some local people were staying there long-term, though; it’s a coliving, not a homeless shelter. Maybe add a new policy against this?

This was a really great experience. I always wanted to stay in a coliving, and the location blew my mind away. Everyone in the process of booking was so friendly and welcoming. Clean everything, and the ambiance was so great.

Everything I needed is very nice. I feel like a million dollars there on Hollywood Blvd. The location is great, and everything is well done. They should make more locations.

For a shared space environment, it was surprisingly pleasant and respectful. Sheets and bed were clean. Staff were responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend wearing ear plugs due to proximity to Metro trains. Good value.

In addition to reminding me of my youth and that I need to make room in life to travel more, this coliving-style stay was perfect for my needs.

I stayed here with my partner for a month and had a great experience. The information we received via email was clear, with detailed directions on how to get there. We had no doubts about what it meant to stay at this coliving. We planned a budget vacation and felt it offered excellent value. The place was clean, quiet, and conveniently close to public transportation stops. It was warm when we arrived, but nothing oppressive, and the fan was more than adequate. The only reason I’m giving it a 3-star rating is because we encountered some cockroaches. I found that surprising given the cleanliness of the space, but I understand that they can be difficult to eliminate.

This is my second time staying at the coliving in Hollywood on Cosmo street. The first time I was here was back in November of 2025 because I went to The Academy Museum and to see the Paranormal Activity Play, and the service then was exceptional. The staff is great, and so are the others here as well. I was here this weekend, March 21st-22nd, for The Gabriel Iglesias and Jo Koy event at Sofi and decided to book with the coliving again, and to no surprise, my stay was great again. I think what I love most about staying here over a traditional coliving is the fact that it's in the heart of LA, and they let you check in at 10:00 AM, and you are immediately able to start relaxing or using the common area. The coliving was kept clean, and the beds were comfortable too. I definitely will be back.

We checked out of coliving at noon; we had time, but nowhere to keep some luggage. This place came in handy. The owner is extremely helpful, friendly, nice, and caring. Stuff was kept safe. We don't know about accommodation because we did not stay there, but the place was neat, clean, and tidy. I saw some people living there; it was like capsules but a little more spacious. The kitchen area was tidy. Great location as it was near the Little Tokyo station.

I stayed here for a month while attending a conference in LA. I would recommend this place if you don't mind it having a more communal atmosphere.
