The best place you can go if what you're looking for is to be happy. The staff are magnificent and the facilities are always well cared for and are amazing.
Moreover, its location in a fairy-tale village surrounded by forest makes the place a paradise in which to retreat, enjoy, and leave your worries behind.
I highly recommend enjoying the experiences that the host offers.

Every experience we make is as meaningful (or not) as the people we get to know. This place definitely makes us encounter the most heartwarming and welcoming people despite attracting so many diverse human beings with various kinds of views. I loved how much the interests of us colivers differ, but how close the values are that we all carry along with us. Bringing it to the pueblo and taking so much caring energy from the pueblo wherever we go from here simply makes a difference in the way I see coliving among generations and nationalities and, most of all, human beings. The host is not just a coliving; for me it's living proof of community-based tourism made even more beneficial for everyone involved — by people not staying for a few nights, but for weeks or months. This is how community is created; this is how value is created on all kinds of levels, but most importantly measured in the quality and integrity of connections between human beings! We are still in touch even after two months, which I am so grateful for, and I only stayed for two weeks. Two weeks honestly weren't enough, so I am already looking forward to coming back for another time of pueblo life, working in nature, and tuning into the rural routines. Many thanks to all the appreciated people making this possible in the first place!

This is truly one of the best colivings I've been to. The community is built in a way that you feel like a local from the first minute. My favorite place was the rooftop, where we would have some family dinners, deep talks, or just some chill time playing the guitar. Even though it is a small town, there are a number of things happening at any given moment, whether it's a live gig at the bar, a workshop at the town's multipurpose room, an art class with the abuelas, or a padel session by the gym. Can't wait to come back!

I was only able to catch the last two weeks of the season, and it was still one of the most profound experiences of my life. There is a lot said about the magic of the town and the host, but equally what I’ve carried away since then is this responsibility to find ways to incorporate that magic back home. Even in a more urban setting, the town showed me that there is another, more community-centered way to move through daily life and that there is great freedom in the simplicity of the everyday. Of course, the people of the town and the host are beyond comparison, some of the kindest and most inspiring people I’ve ever met. It’s a place where you go and instantly feel part of the town rather than just a tourist or a visitor. You’re an equal part of the weekly rhythm and routines; your 'holas' matter (even if that’s the only Spanish you know!), you’re part of traditional celebrations from day one and have the rare opportunity to give back in ways that feel simple and genuine. I know I’ll find my way back soon, so grateful to the team that make this experience possible.

It’s really hard to describe what a formative experience it was for me. It was completely more than I could’ve ever expected. For the first time in my life, especially as a Westerner, I really felt that my trip someplace contributed in a healthy and positive way.Not only is it absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and inspiring, but it’s so necessary to have these moments in life where we slow down, where we appreciate the sound of the birds chirping, where we say hello to our neighbours each time we meet them and where we exchange goods in a way that is loving and kind.One of my favourite things is the quality of the time spent with people and how there was so little small talk, and a real desire to connect in a genuine human way.I’m so grateful to have spent a month here, and I honestly feel that I could come back at any time and they would remember me and welcome me because yo tango pueblo now 🥰

I’m back in my hometown after spending two months in a small village in rural Spain.I went there with the host, a coliving community that brings people to rural Spain to live and work alongside each other for a season.And it changed what the word "community" means to me.We throw that word around like it costs nothing. A company has "the community." A creator calls their 50,000 followers "my community," and not one of those people has ever spoken to another.Real community is smaller and harder. A few people building honest relationships to reach something they can't reach alone.We're walking into years of cheap AI content and chat that feels human but isn't. The more of that we get, the more it's worth sitting in a room with actual people. Especially people walking the same road you are.Every person who joins brings stories. Things they tried, things that worked, things that fell apart. Some of it could save you a year. You only get that when people show up for each other in the same place.In the pueblo, I shared family dinners, work, mountain walks, and a lot of slow conversation with people in the middle of their own life transitions. Some had quit their jobs. Some were starting over. We worked it out together, in person, over weeks. The people across the table when you're trying to figure out what comes next. That's the thing worth building.The future belongs to community builders who understand that value comes from real connections between people.So thank you, the host and team, for letting me in.Two months I won't forget.

I was the host's Community Manager for this season, but there is nothing I will write here that I don't truly believe.

The village is pure magic because its people are just the warmest people there are. They will say hi to you and the more you'll see them, the more they'll be happy to see you.

I was invited for tea yesterday by a local resident — thinking it was just them and their mother, I went in telling them I just had a little bit of time. It ends up other local residents were there, and then someone else joins, and there's hierba luisa and bizcochos and everyone laughs. I laugh too even though I understand 20%, and honestly it doesn't matter; all I know is that I don't want to leave.

And this moment happened to me because I'm part of this host. Because the people before me joining this coliving have created beautiful relationships and the people of the village want some more. And so they keep their arms open for everyone wanting to be part of their lives for a few moments: on the way to the gym, at the gym, practicing pádel, at the river, at the painting session, sitting on the bench waiting for the fish van, while doing crochet, while in the queue of the tienda, for a coffee at a local cafe or a drink at a local bar or a dance at a local venue. This host wouldn't be the same if it was anywhere else, and anyone joining the coliving can experience these connections should they take the time.

The setting is also perfect: in the middle of the mountains, with the absolute best views of the valley, having family dinners on a terrace while the swallows are spinning in the sky and the sky is turning pink. The main house of this host is a gorgeous house where we've made movies on the rooftop or danced in the moonlight, had dance class under its lemon tree, skillshares in the tea room, opened our hearts in the living room, and prepared the best food in its great kitchen.

For the working sessions, the internet was fast; the top room of the coworking space is amazing, and the top terrace with again the view to take breaks from the computer is perfect.

And finally the project of this host in itself. Bringing people to connect with pueblos, with rurality and nature, with themselves, with the close community as well as the extended one... To connect with life. To have an economic impact in the village where the population keeps decreasing. To have tough conversations where people want to grow. To invest in becoming a better version of ourselves.

This host is also magic because it brings people looking for more, and I can't be more grateful to have had the chance to grow alongside such beautiful people these past 3 months.

Powerful things are happening in this Spanish corner of the planet! The host is enriching colivers' lives by reminding them of the power of simplicity, connection with nature, self, and community, all while injecting life into the everyday experiences of the wonderful people living in the small town. By doing this, the host returned me to myself and to the simplicity of human life. Their model proves that a good life and true luxury are far more than what society's playbook teaches us.

You could say that the perfect regional scenery, strong political willingness, great coliving houses, and a modern coworking space are the ingredients for a successful recipe but honestly, I believe it’s not just a set of ingredients. It is pure magic. If there were more hosts like this all over the world, we would have an entirely different human experience on this planet.

What makes this remote, 400+ person village in the valley so extraordinary is how effortlessly it meets you wherever you are:

— If you want to improve your fitness, you have the cheapest gym with the most stunning views and wonderful classes.

— If you want river hikes or miss a connection with nature, it is literally just steps away from your front door.

— If you want to improve your Spanish, the villagers are incredibly patient and love to communicate. And if you already know Spanish, be careful! The abuelas might invite you into their homes and you might never want to leave.

— If you are missing your grandparents, you will find an ointment for your soul here. I am currently in a major life transition, and while I wasn’t actively looking for love, I found it anyway in the shape of the mayores who welcome me home.

— If you need to get work done, the coworking space has everything you need: great lighting, plenty of space, private meeting rooms, a community mindful of noise levels, free coffee and tea, and a constant supply of fresh lemons.

The people who arrive here from all over the world ready to live an authentic pueblo experience are special, open-minded, and unique. Learning from fellow colivers through both formal and informal skill shares provides incredible opportunities for personal growth.

5 out of 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover it. I am absolutely coming back to the small town and staying with the host again, after all I have my abuelas there now!

I lived for a month in the town, and after being there, this idea of “having a pueblo now” doesn’t feel cheesy or exaggerated at all.

I found here what I had been longing for, what feels like forever: community, care, authenticity, warmth, belonging. And all of this in breathtaking nature that I never got bored of, with inspiration, courage and new perspectives gained through beautiful people; and frequently shared dancing and singing that felt healing on some level (and I could go on with this list...).

But beyond all these emotional aspects: from the community management, to how easy it is to connect with locals, to all the opportunities to explore new things and stay active, the charming houses with everything you need, and the great coworking space... I can’t recommend the host enough.

Thank you to the team, all the colivers, and the pueblo for giving me a home that I already miss so deeply!

I absolutely loved my time here in this village. The host and the team have created something that is very special and rare to find - a co-living/working space where the village you are living in is an integral part of the experience.

The pueblo sits surrounded by lush hills and nature. As you walk around the village, you are met with incredible views that never stopped blowing me away for the time I was here. There are several hiking trails too, where you can go even deeper into nature.

The team create a real community feel for digital nomads with a variety of different activities. I particularly enjoyed the family dinners and the deep and interesting conversations we had over many sobremesas.

The locals of this village are so incredibly friendly and welcoming too. Despite my limited Spanish, I enjoyed connecting with the abuelas during the morning gym classes and saying hello to residents in the streets, which is a far cry from how I used to rush around with my head down in my previous city.

The co-working space was a really beautiful space to work from, with very fast Wi-Fi. It was the first co-working space that made me feel part of a team again since I left my corporate job, and I enjoyed chatting with other digital nomads during the working day.

I don’t really count myself as a fully-fledged digital nomad, more just a nomad trying to figure life out, so I'd say the pueblo would also be a perfect trip for anyone looking for a way to learn and speak Spanish, as not many locals speak English here, or if you were simply feeling burnt out and wanted to slow down and reconnect to the things that truly matter. I can't recommend the host or this village highly enough.
