Novovento est une maison d'hôtes pour ceux qui cherchent le calme et à se laisser inspirer par la nature. Je suis, Emilie - 50 ans et toujours en train de parcourir le globe, je me suis installée ici en 2017 pour échapper à la folie du monde. En tant que propriétaire, je me réjouis de vous accueillir ! Vue sur l'océan, hébergement en chambres partagées ou privées, un immense jardin avec fruits et légumes, un BBQ, une cuisine partagée.... Une petite communauté (max 8p), un endroit où l'on se sent bien, où l'on partage et où l'on crée. Nous demandons à nos hôtes de participer à la vie quotidienne de la communauté : vous voulez partager une compétence ? vous cuisinez ? vous voulez aider dans le jardin ? Proposez une activité à partager sur le calendrier hebdomadaire !

I stayed for 2 months in this wonderful coliving and coworking space from March to May 2022. I rented a private room that was clean and tastefully decorated, with weekly changes of sheets and towels. There is ample storage space available. The cleaning team also vacuumed my room on a weekly basis. Please note that the locks on the doors do not work.

The entire accommodation boasts high-quality features such as beautiful stone sinks, room balconies, and a patio. As a guest, you have access to both the coworking space and social events at Insitu. I had the pleasure of meeting some very cool people who were open-minded and adventurous. One of my favorite experiences was attending weekly dinners with other colivers where one person would cook for everyone.

The hosting team were friendly and laid-back, making me feel right at home during my stay. The coworking space has comfortable chairs and good wifi connection. However, please be aware that the conference call room is not well-insulated for noise so it's best to book it in advance.

Overall, this was an amazing place that set a high standard for my coliving experience!

One of the things that really sets this coliving apart is their attention to detail. From the moment you step into the space, you'll notice the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into every aspect of the design. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish, and the common areas are welcoming and inviting. And of course it is located in a great part of the city!

But what really makes this coliving special is the sense of community that it fosters. Pablo and Alba are friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and valued.

One thing to keep in mind when booking a room here is that the size and type of rooms can vary, but the price is always consistent regardless of these differences. So, it's important to pay attention to your room selection to ensure it's suitable for your needs.

If you're looking for a coliving space that offers an amazing living experience with a strong sense of community, this place is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!
