Boardrooms offer spacious self-catering coliving accommodation & coworking facilities in the heart of Blouberg close to Table View.
We are in a quiet neighborhood, a mere 250m from the sea, and the kiting spots.
We can accommodate up to eight guests in four double, en-suite, private bedrooms, all with access to the courtyard, entertainment area & fully equipped Kitchen & Lounge, kite, and board storage area.
Each room can be rented separately or the whole Villa can be privately let.
(Individual mini-fridges are provided for each room when rented separately).
The secluded Entertainment & Braai area is on the North facing side of the house which provides ample shelter from the wind to chill & relax.
Should you require any advice about where to kite, windsurf or surf, just ask Alex or Darren, who are water people and have extensive knowledge of the area.

I had an awesome experience staying here, especially since my goal was to find a place close to Blouberg's beach. It turned out to be the perfect spot for kitesurfing and surfing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The vibe in this coliving space was epic. I'll definitely be back for another visit.
I had a fantastic experience staying at this coliving space! It's wonderfully located close to the beach and nearby coffee shops, which is perfect for mornings or leisurely afternoons. The owner and manager were super welcoming, sharing their great local knowledge and tips which really enhanced my stay. The house was well-equipped, quiet, and offered a great atmosphere for both working and relaxing. Coming back to it after a day of kite surfing or surfing was always a pleasure. I'm definitely looking forward to returning for another epic visit. Thanks for such a memorable time!

I very much enjoyed my stay here, especially for kitesurfing, working, and living. The location is perfect, very close to the kite and surf beaches in Blouberg. The owner is extremely friendly and was a great help with all challenges, especially when it came to finding the best kite spots around.
The facilities are generous and clean, with perfect infrastructure. Both the office and kitchen are well-equipped. I will definitely come back for sure. :)
This place was perfect for finding a quiet place to work remotely or study and enjoy my time going to the beach or surfing. It's a 5-room coliving with a large living room and kitchen, very clean (a cleaner comes once or twice a week) and well decorated. The owner and his son also live there and are very helpful and friendly. This coliving is located in Bloueberg, a city in the north of Cape Town. It's only 10 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving to the beach, and just 30 minutes driving to the center of Cape Town. I would highly recommend this coliving.
Great place if you also need to spend some time working and want to connect with other travelers. The host is super friendly and will make your stay comfortable.
Stayed here for a month doing the 'regular' kitesurfing and some remote working.
- Stable fast internet connection (also during loadshedding) and proper desks and office chairs.
- Tidy clean communal area and weekly cleaning of room.
- Good own rooms with all rooms having private bathroom amenities.
- Not as crowded as other places in the area. Not saying these places are bad if you need some rest and actual working going on, then this might be better instead of always having parties around.
- While still located in the same street and/or area as these places. So you can walk there even at night (considering walking around in SA is not always smart). The area is generally very safe. You can also just walk to the beach with your kite gear.
- Helpful owner.
There are still other people around to talk to and go kiting with but if you are looking for a large crowd in your place to always have parties with, maybe consider something different.
The place probably will expand so there will be more souls but since it is just a tad more luxurious it might be different than the other big lodges.

- [ ] Board rentals available for a small fee and help with fixing the board
- [ ] Local knowledge, tips, and advice. Had been super helpful and fun
- [ ] Thorough cleaning by friendly cleaning lady
- [ ] Linda’s acupuncture room service
- [ ] Small details such as shopping bags, soaps, and Christmas gifts. They’re minor things but much appreciated and so thoughtful!
- [ ] Large kitchen, well equipped with a massive oven and large storage.
Me and my girlfriend stayed at this coliving for 3 months during the summer season and I cannot recommend it enough. Not only is everything you need at the premises (think a private bathroom, spacious garden, well-equipped kitchen, common living space, parking, and internet during power outages), the hosts are some of the most welcoming people I have ever met. With impeccable knowledge of the area, a great sense of humour and passion for surfing/kitesurfing, Darren & Lynda and Alex & Jakki make your stay worth its while.
Five out of five stars, I'll be back here for sure.
I had a great stay with excellent accommodations and a prime location in Blouberg. The common area was awesome, and the hosts were fantastic!
