Really great coliving, in a great location, walking distance from Ruzafa, Gran Via, and Turia.

Colivings being only 2 beds give you lots of space and privacy, but not great for the immediate sense of community you would get with a more conventional coliving setup.

I stayed here and I found it to be nothing short of excellent. Service, efficiency, professionalism. We will definitely return. The lady was a delightful person.

What a wonderful experience to live in a small ground floor studio. The place had a terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and living area all in a cozy space. I will definitely stay here again next year when I return. The hosts were the best to work with. Thank you!
