Perfect location, maximum tranquility, and impeccable hygiene. Without a doubt, the best in the area.

This was the perfect place for me to be. A 10-minute walk to all of the wonderful attractions and experiences that Valencia has to offer, from Les Arts to Park Turia to the fun neighborhood of Rusafa.
Definitely centrally located and a half-hour walk to Ayuntamiento.
The pictures show but a small summary of all that I enjoyed. An easy ride or walk to both train stations allowed me to visit other parts of Spain.

The studio in which I stayed was furnished perfectly, with the cooking area and supplies needed, and overall clean and well lit. The washer and dryer available is a plus (once I figured out how to use it 😉)

The staff is magnificent in how they care for the guests. It is definitely a family environment without it being intrusive. There were wonderful suggestions as to what to do while in Valencia. The staff responded quickly to any questions and concerns. This was particularly helpful because I was there when the electricity went down. The sense of family and caring for each other was apparent.

This is definitely the place I will go back to while in Spain, which includes at least 3 months annually.

Much hospitality and warmth from the team. I received a lot of support when I needed assistance with my legal processes and was able to quickly secure my stay after experiencing fraud just before contracting. I was there during DANA, and they cared for us and have great human quality. On Halloween, they sent us cookies and are quick to respond through the WhatsApp group. I had the opportunity to attend one of the meetings at a restaurant, and it was great and extremely delicious. I had the chance to meet more CoLivers. They took care of the eventualities that happen in any coliving. Minor inconveniences occurred, but the team was always willing to help and fix whatever was necessary. Thank you for your attentions.

Without a doubt, I recommend the service offered by MyColiving for the city of Valencia.
From the beginning, they provide several accommodation options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. The rooms are very comfortable, with everything necessary for you to feel at home. The staff attends to you at all times, from the first day to the last.

Additionally, the spaces are configured to be able to work with your computer, with a good internet connection and a pleasant atmosphere.

Beautiful without a doubt.

Fantastic! My partner and I stayed for 1 month at this coliving. The studio apartment had all the necessary amenities and was impeccable. The concept is like having your own house, with a laundry room, dryer, cleaning supplies, and everything you can imagine - nothing was missing. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach in an up-and-coming neighborhood that will soon be known for its luxury. It's very peaceful and close to everything. Special mention to the terrace! We've never seen anything with such good taste and comfort - armchairs, sofas, tables, lights, and even a shower. Another special mention goes to the staff who were always available for us - although everything ran so smoothly that our conversations were mostly just compliments or asking for advice. We had one of our best stays (if not the best). Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back!
