Fantastic! My wife and I stayed for 1 month at this coliving. The studio apartment had all the necessary amenities and was impeccable. The concept is like having your own house, with a laundry room, dryer, cleaning supplies, and everything you can imagine - nothing was missing. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach in an up-and-coming neighborhood that will soon be known for its luxury. It's very peaceful and close to everything. Special mention to the terrace! We've never seen anything with such good taste and comfort - armchairs, sofas, tables, lights, and even a shower. Another special mention goes to Elena (one of the owners) who was always available for us - although everything ran so smoothly that our conversations were mostly just compliments or asking for advice. We had one of our best stays (if not the best). Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back!

I was fortunate to stay in a tranquil coliving space over the course of three months last fall. The serenity of the evenings was refreshing, especially compared to my previous experiences in busier neighborhoods. This location offered a peaceful retreat, along with the convenience of nearby grocery stores, a meat market, restaurants, and shopping options, all within walking distance.

The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, even when walking at night, and was ideally positioned for easy access to various areas and amenities.

The Wi-Fi occasionally presented challenges due to its speed, and there was an outage at one point. Nonetheless, it was sufficiently reliable for my needs. When the outage occurred, the host was exceptionally attentive and swift in resolving the matter, which was an external issue.

The apartment itself was flawlessly designed with all the modern appliances functioning to perfection, which enhanced the comfort of my stay. As someone with back issues, I found the bed to be perfect, allowing me a restful sleep without any discomfort.

Overall, the experience fulfilled my desire to immerse myself in the local lifestyle seamlessly. I would certainly choose to stay here again, as it truly made me feel like I was part of the community.

An unbeatable experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a kitchen. Its central location was close to everything I needed. The best part was the hosts: super friendly and always attentive. When I got injured and ended up in the hospital, they visited me and helped with the entire recovery process, which essentially saved my life because I was alone. This included letting me end the contract early so I could return home to my parents and finish my recovery, showing immense understanding throughout.

Words cannot express my gratitude for everything they did for me. The monthly rate is incredibly reasonable for the location and quality of the apartment. If you're coming to stay for a few months, I highly recommend this place. Thank you to Bárbara and the entire team for the warm welcome you gave me!
