This was a beautiful place with a great cleaning service! My house manager was the best. Daniela assisted with all questions and always had a solution. A cleaning service comes weekly and assures the place is spotless and equipped with the necessary resources. It is also conveniently located near the J train (a 5 minute walk). I highly recommend this coliving to anyone!

I absolutely loved my stay. Had an amazing time! Met wonderful roommates who were kind, courteous, and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again anytime! Also, great location and loved the neighborhood! Very conveniently close to grocery stores and laundromats. The place was clean and organized as well. Beautiful view of the garden in the backyard by the way. It was nice overhearing children's laughter and neighborhood camaraderie in the background. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this coliving. My room was spacious with two windows providing plenty of natural light. The mattress was extremely comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The people, both roommates and managers, were always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated our cleaning lady who did an excellent job and even cleaned my bedroom for a small tip. The subway was just a 2-minute walk away and Central Park was right across the street. I highly recommend this coliving for anyone staying in the city for a couple of months.

Everything was great! The customer service plus the location and especially my housemates. It was a life changing experience in one of the best areas of NYC.
Highly recommended and hope I am back myself soon.

I've stayed at this coliving for a month and it's been amazing! I've felt super comfortable and if I had a problem, it was solved within the day. I'm a student and for me the rooms have plenty of space to be comfortable, the best thing is the desk to study and be on the computer. I've been sharing the apartment with good residents too! Thanks for everything, they are great! I would recommend it!

Everything was top standard, nothing too much trouble, the home throughout was clean and well maintained. I stayed there for a month in a shared room but luckily I was alone. The shared room space is quite small and could use a little more plus cupboard facility. Overall, I would highly recommend this coliving experience.

Living at the Bernard house was really nice. The people were pleasant, the process was smooth and without any stress. The staff was always available and answered in a timely fashion.

I've had a positive experience living in this coliving space. While it's different from having my own place, the flexibility and regular cleaning service here are fantastic benefits. I appreciate the convenience it offers and would definitely consider staying here again when in need of a temporary living arrangement.
