Coliving doesn’t mean giving up your personal space.
You can work from your private room desk or choose from various working spots indoors and outdoors. We have both cozy nooks and big spaces around the estate.
There is an excellent Wifi signal in the garden, and you can plug in your devices on the balcony and terrace.
If you fancy working around your housemates, there is a space with two large tables and fourteen chairs.
We have you covered for important work calls and deep work too: You can use our separé for an undisturbed flow.
Work out and relax
Staying with us gives you full access to our beautiful palm garden, fitted with a plunge pool (in summer) and sun lounges so you can relax whenever you like.
If you prefer to stay active, we got you!
We have an indoor possibility room with dumbbells, ribbons, rollers, mats, and a monitor. You can play table tennis, or jump around on a trampoline in the garden while listening to your favorite music.
OUR COMMUNITY
In the villa, all guests live together like in a shared paradise. Living together as a group is not an all-inclusive fun trip, but rather the attempt to experience a nice and exciting time together and, as a result, requires a certain willingness to integrate into the group structure.
This includes that common expenses (purchases) can be shared, we cook together, everyone is jointly responsible for cleanliness and everything should be relaxed and stress-free - like living together with friends (who you don't know yet). Here once again: Everything can, nothing has to be done. All guests are simply looking forward to a cool, relaxed, eventful time together.
Location
Our villa and huge garden is located 15 minutes from FNC Madeira Airport. The easiest way to get here is by taxi. (15 €)
Transport
We have rental cars that are shared by everyone if necessary. So far, 99% of guests have made use of it. So even without a driver's license you don't have to worry, as drivers were always found in the house...

Whether for a workation, vacation, or hiking week, it is always a great experience! There is always a cool group with whom you feel like you're among friends. The coliving is fantastic and also provides last-minute support with the best tips.
The usual colivings cannot compare to this place! It has everything you need, good workspaces (also some quiet), very good Wi-Fi, enough bathrooms, a kitchen & pizza oven, and the lovely dog Lotus. But the best part is the hikes off the beaten path - No chance without a guide. Coliving, nature, and even a party; you can find everything here!

Hiking week November 2024
The coliving is super beautiful and quietly located; the sunrises from some rooms and the terrace are dreamlike 🙌🏼. The rooms are equipped with everything one needs, great atmosphere in the house, the hospitality is fantastic, the hikes with the local guides are a unique experience... I could write and rave so much more... I will definitely be back soon 🫶🏼
Friendly people, lovingly decorated coliving and beautiful location. From the coliving, one can directly set off on a hike or use one of the available cars to start an excursion.

Spending time here on Madeira was truly an amazing experience. The beautifully landscaped garden is a perfect retreat on sunny days and offers a peaceful escape during winter. After a month of adventures and hiking, I can confidently say: I will definitely return!
Our host, Figo, was often around with great tips and tricks for making the most of our days, whether working or exploring the beautiful outdoors. There's a brochure with loads of hikes and activities that's worth checking out! The whole atmosphere is super organized, thoughtfully planned, and thrives on the vibrant community you'll find here.
There's a wonderful blend of group activities, like weekend excursions or dinners, and the freedom to enjoy me-time or small group outings. The spirit and community presence truly stand out, making the experience unique.

My stay here was wonderful from the very moment I was welcomed by the super friendly host, Eli. I arrived with no expectations whatsoever, and it exceeded in every aspect. The breathtaking views and the well-organized coliving and coworking space were impressive. The place draws in like-minded people, making it easy to form long-lasting friendships. It's also great that anyone can suggest after-work activities, adding a spontaneous vibe to the experience.
Big shout out to Eli for ensuring everything runs smoothly and keeping everyone informed about the activities. She truly is the heart and soul of the space.
