I’ve been living here for over two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it a very comfortable place to live. Its location is also ideal — close to public transport, grocery stores, and the university, which is especially convenient for students.

Really good place to live as an international student, the room is a small apartment and has every basic need. The building has really good amenities and common area. Very safe neighborhood with a super close supermarket and about a 7 minute walk to the metro.

They found an excellent option that I wouldn't have even considered myself. It was a pleasure to communicate — polite, attentive, and very professional.

I had the opportunity to stay at a coliving and I was really satisfied. The rooms are modernly renovated, clean, and well-equipped – ideal for the everyday life of a student. The entire area is safe, with 24-hour security, which gave me peace of mind even during late returns.

The staff and administration are very friendly and helpful. Whenever there was a problem – like something stopped working – it was enough to reach out and everything was quickly resolved. You can ask for help, call maintenance, or consult on practically anything during your stay.

A great advantage is the location. Right around the corner is a supermarket (about a 5-minute walk), and there is a small shop in the building where you can quickly buy something when you don't feel like going anywhere. Near is a metro station and a beautiful park, ideal for walks or relaxation after school.

What I would also highlight is the international community of students – there are many Russian-speaking people, so if you are just coming to Prague and don’t know anyone here, this coliving is a great place to make new friendships.
