I've been living here for some time and overall I'm very satisfied.

Advantages:
I'm very pleased with the presence of a billiard table - one can play board games and billiards without leaving the building. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient: the metro is close, and it's quick to get to the city center. There is a park nearby for walks and stores with groceries.

Disadvantages:
One downside is that it's quite noisy on weekends, but for active people, this is more of a plus than a minus.

I'm especially pleased with the presence of a gym — it's convenient that it's right on site. The space itself looks modern and stylish, while still feeling comfortable for everyday life. Great experience with living in a coliving in Prague. Everything works without problems, the environment is modern, clean, and very pleasant. The common areas are great and there is a wonderful atmosphere for students.

Big thanks also goes to the staff member — he is very helpful, professional, and always ready to assist. It is evident that he truly cares about the place.
