Bro-coli co-living studios are fully furnished with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient living experience, where you can work and socialize. The common areas dispose of with a shared community kitchen, lounge, playroom, chilling area, and an outside gym. Our reception is open 24/7, ensuring that you have support whenever you need it. We also have dedicated study spaces for when you need to focus on your academic or professional work. Our laundry room makes it easy to keep your clothes clean and fresh.

Bro-coli charges all-in-one-rent, this is all-inclusive meaning that you only pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year because energy and water consumption are not calculated individually.

The all-in-one-price includes basic rent for one person, all utilities (energy, heating, water), high-speed internet and you have access to all the co-living and co-working spaces within the building.

We accommodate rental terms for 6 or 12 months.

I highly recommend this place! It offers quality accommodations in a great location. The shared-studio room is tastefully and practically furnished, with high-quality kitchen appliances that are easy to use. The public transport is easily accessible (the C metro line at Střížkov is about a 5-minute walk), and there are plenty of amenities in the area, like a supermarket right across the street. I really appreciate the prompt and helpful communication; they respond to emails almost immediately. The facility is very secure, with 24/7 security services and surveillance in common areas, so I feel safe. The cleaning staff are incredibly kind and keep the corridors and reception spotless. There's also a newly opened lounge with large kitchen areas for preparing more complex meals, and a convenient mini-market on the ground floor.
