Bro-coli charges all-in-one-rent, this is all-inclusive meaning that you only pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year because energy and water consumption are not calculated individually.
The all-in-one-price includes basic rent for one person, all utilities (energy, heating, water), high-speed internet and you have access to all the co-living and co-working spaces within the building.
We accommodate rental terms for 6 or 12 months.

I definitely give 5 stars because everything here is top-notch, and the staff and managers are understanding and respectful! All the amenities are available, and it's located in a quiet, clean area, providing a comfortable environment for residents. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🙌

Nejlepší ubytování v Praze co jsem kdykoliv zažila! Skvělý management team, zařízené pokoje, moderní coworkingové prostory a same příjemné a přátelské lidi! Fitko zdarma přímo v budově mi konečně motivovalo začít sportovat! Super i to, že bro-coli team organizuje spoustu aktivit jako fantastické bro-party, movie night, mafia atd a to všechno zadarmo včetně občerstvení a drinků! 🥳 Takže moc-moc doporučuji!😍😍😍
