About Bro-Coli Coliving
Bro-coli charges all-in-one-rent, this is all-inclusive meaning that you only pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year because energy and water consumption are not calculated individually.
The all-in-one-price includes basic rent for one person, all utilities (energy, heating, water), high-speed internet and you have access to all the co-living and co-working spaces within the building.
We accommodate rental terms for 6 or 12 months.

As a parent, I was very worried for a long time about sending my child to study in another country and where he would live. But the coliving run by the host just saved us! From the first call, the staff were extremely polite, answering all our questions in our language; for us, this was super important. They explained everything to us in detail: how check-in works, what documents are needed, what is included in the price, and how security is organized. My child has already been living there for two months, and we sleep peacefully. Security works, there are cameras, visitation access is unrestricted, and you can stay for free for three days. For us as parents, this is the main thing. Many thanks to the team of the host for their patience and humane attitude!
