About Bro-Coli Coliving
Bro-coli charges all-in-one-rent, this is all-inclusive meaning that you only pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year because energy and water consumption are not calculated individually.
The all-in-one-price includes basic rent for one person, all utilities (energy, heating, water), high-speed internet and you have access to all the co-living and co-working spaces within the building.
We accommodate rental terms for 6 or 12 months.

The dormitory where I stayed during the camp exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and welcome. It provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay and made my experience much more enjoyable.The rooms are clean, bright, and well maintained. Even though they are not very large, they are designed in a practical way, with enough space for luggage, clothes, and other personal belongings. The beds are comfortable, which is especially important after a long day full of activities. The furniture is simple but functional, and everything was in good condition when we arrived.One of the best things about the dormitory is its cleanliness. The rooms, bathrooms, and hallways are cleaned regularly, and it is clear that the staff care about keeping the building tidy. Having clean facilities made the stay much more comfortable and helped everyone feel at home. The bathrooms were always stocked with necessary supplies and were easy to use.Another great feature is the peaceful atmosphere. Even though many students are staying in the building, it is generally quiet during the night, making it easy to get enough rest. A good night's sleep is very important during a busy camp schedule, so I really appreciated this.The dormitory also feels very safe. The entrance is secure, and I always felt comfortable leaving my belongings in my room while attending camp activities. Knowing that the building is well managed gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.The location is another advantage. The dormitory is close to the camp facilities, which makes it easy to get to classes, meals, and activities without spending too much time walking. This convenience allowed us to focus on enjoying the camp instead of worrying about transportation.The staff deserve special recognition. They are friendly, polite, and always ready to help if someone has a question or needs assistance. Whether it was explaining the rules, solving a small problem, or simply greeting us with a smile, they made everyone feel welcome.The common areas are also a nice addition. They provide a comfortable place to relax, talk with friends, or spend some free time together after a busy day. These shared spaces helped create a friendly atmosphere where students could get to know each other better.If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to make the Wi-Fi connection a little stronger, especially during the evenings when many students are online. Apart from that, I was very satisfied with everything.Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying in this dormitory. It is clean, comfortable, safe, and well organized. The helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this dormitory to other students and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I had a fantastic month here. The space was clean and comfortable, the common areas encouraged socializing, and the host was friendly and responsive. Reliable Wi-Fi and a great location made working easy. I felt welcomed and would recommend this coliving to anyone looking for a friendly, well-run place.

One of the best student coliving places in the city. Stayed there for 3 weeks, and it was so much more comfortable than I thought.
The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable for students to live in. The rooms are well-equipped; there is everything for living and studying, and the common areas are always kept tidy.
I especially liked the campus location: close to the metro, bus, and tram stops. There are children's and sports playgrounds nearby, as well as on the territory of the coliving. There are two shops nearby, which is very convenient. I recommend it.
