The employees here are always willing to help, and they respond to the email really fast. However, the rent is a bit high. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. The environment is clean, and the payment process is easy.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at the coliving for their professionalism, responsiveness, and humane attitude towards residents. The staff are always ready to help, even in difficult situations and when addressing issues related to renting. It is clear that the employees are truly concerned about the comfort of the residents.
The coliving is always clean and tidy; order is regularly maintained. The communal room is very cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for the convenience of the residents, making it a pleasure to be in this space. It is evident that the administration pays close attention to the order and atmosphere of the coliving.
I am very happy to be living in this coliving and sincerely grateful to the entire team. I would like to express special thanks to a staff member who, in an unfair and difficult situation, listened carefully to both sides and tried to resolve the issue fairly and appropriately. I have been living here for the second year and do not quite understand the reviews that say the company "charges for everything." In essence, the only paid additional services are the washing machine and dryer — these are provided by a third-party company. This is a normal practice in almost all coliving spaces in Prague and in Brno (I also lived in private coliving there), and everywhere this service is paid for.

As for fines — they depend solely on the behavior of the resident. For example, if you delay your rent payment, make noise, or smoke in the room, there are penalties. All conditions are outlined in the contract, and if you are an adult, it makes sense to familiarize yourself with them before signing and understand what you are agreeing to.

Regarding noise and security: we all understand that in a student coliving, it cannot be perfectly quiet. I had a situation where my neighbors disturbed my sleep, and after contacting security, they immediately went to address the issue — as a result, the problem was resolved.

Specifically for those who are new to the Czech Republic: Czechs and Europeans, in general, are very willing to call the police on those who make noise after 10 PM. Therefore, if needed, you can definitely use this option as well.

Overall, the coliving is not bad, and the administration really tries to help if you reach out to them. Moreover, sometimes they can even provide advice on household or visa issues.
