I had the opportunity to stay at a coliving and I was really satisfied. The rooms are modernly renovated, clean, and well-equipped – ideal for the everyday life of a student. The entire area is safe, with 24-hour security, which gave me peace of mind even during late returns.

The staff and administration are very friendly and helpful. Whenever there was a problem – like something stopped working – it was enough to reach out and everything was quickly resolved. You can ask for help, call maintenance, or consult on practically anything during your stay.

A great advantage is the location. Right around the corner is a supermarket (about a 5-minute walk), and there is a small shop in the building where you can quickly buy something when you don't feel like going anywhere. Near is a metro station and a beautiful park, ideal for walks or relaxation after school.

What I would also highlight is the international community of students – there are many Russian-speaking people, so if you are just coming to Prague and don’t know anyone here, this coliving is a great place to make new friendships.

Accommodations are modern, clean, and very well equipped. Excellent location - close to the center and yet in a quiet part of the city. Great communication, always quick to respond and willing to help. I truly feel at home here. I definitely recommend it to any student looking for comfortable long-term coliving in Prague at a good price!
