1) We laten onze "Alumni" gemeenschap groeien:
We hebben geen lidmaatschap met kosten. In plaats daarvan zorgen we voor de groeiende "referral alumni community" met feedback. We geloven dat onze alumni de waarde van onze eerlijke prijstabel en onze diensten goed begrijpen. Onze alumni hebben 200+ beoordelingen geplaatst in 2019, 75% van de beoordelingen zijn met vijf sterren, 97% van de beoordelingen zijn vier+ sterren. Onze cumulatieve alumni kwamen van 74 unieke nationaliteiten en breiden uit. We verwelkomen elke nieuwe gast, vanuit een frisse zoektocht, die onze toekomstige alumni zullen worden.
2) Een eenvoudige/eerlijke prijs voor een maand, transparantie is onze zaak:
Onze minimale verblijfsprijs is eenvoudig en eerlijk voor één maand, geen gereduceerde prijs voor drie of zes maanden. Onze prijzen voor een maand zijn al concurrerend (tussen $1.100 en $1.500, 90% van onze 170 kamers zijn onder $1.650 per maand), in vergelijking met de prijzen van anderen met korting voor drie of zes maanden. Meer dan 25% van onze woonklanten hebben een paar maanden van hun oorspronkelijke verblijf verlengd in 2019. All-inclusive woonomgeving, gemeubileerde privékamer, vanaf de eerste dag.
3) We geven om de lokale vastgoedsector om samen te groeien:
We bieden co-living gemeenschappen voor de gast door eigenaren van onroerend goed te helpen om hun onderbeheerde eigendom te laten leven. We geven natuurlijk om de gemeenschap van de klant en tegelijkertijd om de gemeenschap van de vastgoedeigenaar, de gemeenschap van de verkoper en ons team om ons te verenigen op ons digitale platform.
4) Privacy staat voorop:
We zullen geen BBQ party aanbieden om aan deel te nemen:). Onze prioriteit voor de gast is hun privacy, rustige omgeving en veiligheid. Ons team zorgt ervoor dat de gemeenschappelijke ruimte wekelijks wordt schoongemaakt, zodat onze keuken/eetkamer altijd een comfortabele ruimte is. Voor de gasten die verwachten hun gemeenschapsleven uit te breiden, biedt ons kantoor bij WeWork je gemeenschappen voor overdag en na het werk. We hebben ons hoofdkantoor net verplaatst naar de nieuwste WeWork-kantoren in Long Island City, alle metrolijnen zijn bereikbaar vanaf Queens Plaza. Kom bij ons langs op het WeWork-terras!
5) We kennen co-living al 10 jaar.
Onze oprichter is de co-living business begonnen vanuit zijn eigen appartement nadat hij geen geschikte accommodatie kon vinden voor zijn eerste verblijf van drie maanden in New York. Al ons team heeft co-living kamers gewoond/bekend, dus we begrijpen wat de klant vervolgens voelt/nodig heeft. "We zijn mede-woonkamergenoten, die dienen voor mede-woongasten."
6) Een duurzaam bedrijfsmodel om goederen met iedereen te delen:
We zullen niet investeren in luxe gebouwen zoals een hotel, noch in een tuinruimte voor een feest. We huren gewoon de bestaande lege kamers en huizen van eigenaars, zetten er IKEA-meubels in en publiceren de schoongemaakte kamer op meerdere digitale platforms. We groeien door onze operationele winstbasis, die afkomstig is van de gasten die tegen een eerlijke prijs worden betaald en de winst die terugvloeit naar de eigenaren. De belangrijkste drijfveer voor onze groei is niet het tastbare aantal kamers; onze groeidrijfveer is begrijpen hoe je 24/7 voor je gasten en kamers kunt zorgen, de immateriële waarde binnenin.

My experience was probably the best and most professional one I've ever had from a real estate transaction. Very thorough with the listing info while keeping things safe and virtual. The staff was accommodating to any requests that I had (such as vchatting live at the listing).
Eventually found a room with an amazing price especially considering the added perks that come with it.
It's also nice to know you're renting from an established business and not some random individual with an empty room. You never know what issues might come up with those situations.
It was too hard to find a place to live in NYC without this service.

This is an effortless way to find a place to live in New York City, one of the hardest places to find and secure a living situation. Stays are on a month-by-month basis, and you share common spaces with other serious working professionals and students in one of the greatest cities in the world. The staff cleans and provides basic essentials, adding to the convenience so you can focus on living peacefully and whatever brought you to NYC. You can also transfer housing to different neighborhoods if you need a change of scenery.
I used this coliving when I visited NY. The location is convenient and the environment is relatively livable with residential areas lined up, and the price is not too high, so it was very good. It was helpful because the staff responded immediately if there was a problem.
I stayed here while I was in NY for a few months. Everything was so expensive in NY, though; the price here was affordable, the location was convenient, and there was easy access to the center of the town. I enjoyed my visit a lot, thank you so much!

I stayed with the coliving company for 3 years. I had a good experience living with this company. A bit expensive, but they make up for it with cleaning services and responsiveness.
