Onze uitgangspunten
1) We breiden onze ‘alumni’-gemeenschap uit:
We hanteren geen lidmaatschap met kosten. In plaats daarvan zorgen we voor de groeiende ‘referral-alumni-gemeenschap’ door middel van feedback. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat onze alumni de waarde van onze eerlijke prijstabel en onze diensten goed begrijpen. Onze alumni hebben in 2019 meer dan 200 beoordelingen geplaatst; 75% daarvan is vijf sterren en 97% is vier of meer sterren. Onze totale groep alumni bestaat uit mensen van 74 verschillende nationaliteiten en dit aantal blijft groeien. We verwelkomen elke nieuwe gast, ook als die net is begonnen met zoeken, die onze toekomstige alumni zal worden.
2) Een eenvoudige/eerlijke prijs per maand; transparantie staat bij ons voorop:
Onze prijs voor een minimumverblijf is eenvoudigweg één maand per keer, voor eerlijkheid; het is geen kortingsprijs voor drie of zes maanden. Onze prijzen per maand zijn al concurrerend (variërend van $ 1.100 tot $ 1.500; 90% van onze 170 kamers kost minder dan $ 1.650 per maand), vergeleken met de prijzen van anderen met korting voor drie tot zes maanden. Meer dan 25% van onze gasten heeft in 2019 hun oorspronkelijke verblijf met enkele maanden verlengd. Een all-inclusive co-living-omgeving met een gemeubileerde privékamer, vanaf de eerste dag.
3) We hechten veel waarde aan de lokale vastgoedsector om samen te groeien:
We bieden co-livinggemeenschappen aan voor onze gasten door vastgoedeigenaren te helpen hun onderbenutte panden bewoonbaar te maken. We hechten natuurlijk veel waarde aan de gemeenschap van onze gasten, maar tegelijkertijd ook aan die van de vastgoedeigenaren, de leveranciers en ons team, zodat we allemaal samenkomen op ons digitale platform.
4) Privacy staat voorop:
We organiseren geen barbecuefeestjes om aan deel te nemen :). Onze prioriteit voor de gasten is hun privacy, een rustige omgeving en veiligheid. Ons team zorgt wekelijks voor de schoonmaak van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, zodat onze keuken en eetruimte altijd comfortabele plekken zijn. Voor gasten die hun gemeenschapsleven willen uitbreiden, biedt ons kantoor bij WeWork je gemeenschappen voor overdag en na het werk. We zijn net verhuisd naar de nieuwste WeWork-kantoren in Long Island City, die vanuit Queens Plaza met alle metrolijnen te bereiken zijn. Kom gerust eens langs op het terras van WeWork!
5) We hebben al 10 jaar ervaring met co-living.
Onze oprichter begon de co-living-onderneming vanuit zijn eigen appartement, nadat hij geen betaalbare accommodatie kon vinden voor zijn eerste drie maanden in New York. Ons hele team heeft zelf in co-living-ruimtes gewoond of er ervaring mee, dus we begrijpen wat de klant voelt en wat hij vervolgens nodig heeft. “Wij zijn co-living-huisgenoten, die zich inzetten voor co-living-gasten.”
6) Een duurzaam bedrijfsmodel om goederen met iedereen te delen:
We investeren niet in luxueuze gebouwen zoals een hotel, noch in een tuinruimte voor feestjes. We huren simpelweg de bestaande leegstaande kamers en herenhuizen van eigenaren, richten ze in met IKEA-achtige meubels en plaatsen de schoongemaakte kamers op meerdere digitale platforms. We groeien op basis van onze operationele winst, die voortkomt uit de gasten die een eerlijke prijs betalen en de winst die terugvloeit naar de eigenaren. De belangrijkste drijfveer voor onze groei is niet het tastbare aantal kamers; onze groeifactor is het inzicht in hoe we 24/7 voor de gasten en de kamers kunnen zorgen, de immateriële waarde die daarin schuilt.

My experience was probably the best and most professional one I've ever had from a real estate transaction. Very thorough with the listing info while keeping things safe and virtual. The staff was accommodating to any requests that I had (such as vchatting live at the listing).
Eventually found a room with an amazing price especially considering the added perks that come with it.
It's also nice to know you're renting from an established business and not some random individual with an empty room. You never know what issues might come up with those situations.
It was too hard to find a place to live in NYC without this service.

This is an effortless way to find a place to live in New York City, one of the hardest places to find and secure a living situation. Stays are on a month-by-month basis, and you share common spaces with other serious working professionals and students in one of the greatest cities in the world. The staff cleans and provides basic essentials, adding to the convenience so you can focus on living peacefully and whatever brought you to NYC. You can also transfer housing to different neighborhoods if you need a change of scenery.
I used this coliving when I visited NY. The location is convenient and the environment is relatively livable with residential areas lined up, and the price is not too high, so it was very good. It was helpful because the staff responded immediately if there was a problem.
I stayed here while I was in NY for a few months. Everything was so expensive in NY, though; the price here was affordable, the location was convenient, and there was easy access to the center of the town. I enjoyed my visit a lot, thank you so much!
