1) Nous développons notre communauté d’« anciens résidents » :
Nous ne proposons pas d’adhésion payante. En revanche, nous entretenons une « communauté d’anciens résidents » en pleine expansion grâce à leurs retours d’expérience. Nous sommes convaincus que nos anciens résidents comprennent parfaitement la valeur de notre grille tarifaire équitable et de nos services. Nos anciens résidents ont laissé plus de 200 avis en 2019 : 75 % d’entre eux sont notés cinq étoiles, et 97 % quatre étoiles ou plus. Au total, nos anciens résidents provenaient de 74 nationalités différentes, et ce chiffre ne cesse d’augmenter. Nous accueillons tout nouveau résident, qu’il vienne de commencer ses recherches, et qui deviendra l’un de nos futurs anciens résidents.
2) Un tarif mensuel simple et équitable, la transparence est notre priorité :
Notre tarif pour un séjour minimum est simplement fixé à un mois, pour plus d’équité ; il ne s’agit pas d’un tarif réduit pour trois ou six mois. Nos tarifs mensuels sont déjà compétitifs (allant de 1 100 à 1 500 dollars, 90 % de nos 170 chambres coûtent moins de 1 650 dollars par mois) ; comparez-les aux tarifs proposés par d’autres établissements, qui incluent des réductions pour des séjours de trois à six mois. Plus de 25 % de nos résidents ont prolongé de quelques mois leur séjour initial en 2019. Un cadre de vie en colocation tout compris, avec une chambre privée meublée, dès le premier jour.
3) Nous avons à cœur de contribuer au développement du secteur immobilier local afin de grandir ensemble :
Nous proposons des communautés de colocation à nos hôtes en aidant les propriétaires à rendre habitables leurs biens immobiliers sous-exploités. Nous nous soucions bien sûr de la communauté de nos clients, mais aussi de celle des propriétaires, des prestataires et de notre équipe, afin que tous se réunissent sur notre plateforme numérique.
4) La vie privée avant tout :
Nous n’organiserons pas de soirées barbecue ouvertes à tous :) Notre priorité pour les résidents est leur vie privée, un environnement calme et leur sécurité. Notre équipe se chargera du nettoyage hebdomadaire des espaces communs, afin que notre cuisine et notre salle à manger restent des lieux toujours agréables. Pour les résidents qui souhaitent élargir leur cercle social, notre bureau chez WeWork vous offre des communautés avant et après le travail. Nous venons de déménager notre siège social dans les tout nouveaux locaux WeWork de Long Island City, accessibles depuis toutes les lignes de métro via Queens Plaza. 5) Nous connaissons le co-living depuis 10 ans.
Notre fondateur a lancé son activité de co-living depuis son propre appartement après avoir échoué à trouver un logement à un prix raisonnable pour ses trois premiers mois à New York. Tous les membres de notre équipe ont vécu ou connaissent bien les espaces de co-living ; nous comprenons donc parfaitement ce que ressentent nos clients et ce dont ils ont besoin. « Nous sommes des colocataires de co-living, au service des résidents du co-living. »
6) Un modèle économique durable pour partager les biens avec tout le monde :
Nous n’investissons pas dans des bâtiments luxueux comme des hôtels, ni dans des espaces verts destinés à l’organisation de fêtes. Nous louons simplement les chambres et maisons de ville inoccupées à leurs propriétaires, les meublons avec du mobilier de type IKEA, puis publions les annonces de ces chambres nettoyées sur plusieurs plateformes en ligne. Nous nous développons grâce à notre marge opérationnelle, qui provient des loyers versés par les résidents à un prix équitable et des bénéfices reversés aux propriétaires. Le principal moteur de notre croissance n’est pas le nombre concret de chambres ; notre moteur de croissance réside dans la capacité à prendre soin des résidents et des logements 24 h/24 et 7 j/7, c’est-à-dire la valeur immatérielle qui s’y trouve.

My experience was probably the best and most professional one I've ever had from a real estate transaction. Very thorough with the listing info while keeping things safe and virtual. The staff was accommodating to any requests that I had (such as vchatting live at the listing).
Eventually found a room with an amazing price especially considering the added perks that come with it.
It's also nice to know you're renting from an established business and not some random individual with an empty room. You never know what issues might come up with those situations.
It was too hard to find a place to live in NYC without this service.

This is an effortless way to find a place to live in New York City, one of the hardest places to find and secure a living situation. Stays are on a month-by-month basis, and you share common spaces with other serious working professionals and students in one of the greatest cities in the world. The staff cleans and provides basic essentials, adding to the convenience so you can focus on living peacefully and whatever brought you to NYC. You can also transfer housing to different neighborhoods if you need a change of scenery.
I used this coliving when I visited NY. The location is convenient and the environment is relatively livable with residential areas lined up, and the price is not too high, so it was very good. It was helpful because the staff responded immediately if there was a problem.
I stayed here while I was in NY for a few months. Everything was so expensive in NY, though; the price here was affordable, the location was convenient, and there was easy access to the center of the town. I enjoyed my visit a lot, thank you so much!

I stayed with the coliving company for 3 years. I had a good experience living with this company. A bit expensive, but they make up for it with cleaning services and responsiveness.
