Nuestros principios
1) Hacemos crecer nuestra comunidad de «antiguos residentes»:
No tenemos una cuota de socio. En su lugar, cuidamos de nuestra creciente «comunidad de antiguos residentes que nos recomiendan» a través de sus opiniones. Creemos que nuestros antiguos residentes comprenden bien el valor de nuestra tabla de precios justos y de nuestros servicios. Nuestros antiguos huéspedes han publicado más de 200 valoraciones en 2019; el 75 % de ellas son de cinco estrellas y el 97 % son de cuatro estrellas o más. Nuestra comunidad acumulada de antiguos huéspedes proviene de 74 nacionalidades distintas y sigue creciendo. Damos la bienvenida a cualquier nuevo huésped, que llegue a través de una búsqueda nueva, y que se convertirá en uno de nuestros futuros antiguos huéspedes.
2) Un precio mensual sencillo y justo; la transparencia es nuestra prioridad:
Nuestro precio para estancias mínimas es sencillo: un mes por cada estancia, para que sea justo; no se trata de un precio con descuento por tres o seis meses. Nuestros precios por un mes ya son competitivos (oscilan entre 1.100 y 1.500 dólares; el 90 % de nuestras 170 habitaciones cuestan menos de 1.650 dólares al mes); compáralos con los precios de otros que ofrecen descuentos para estancias de tres a seis meses. Más del 25 % de nuestros clientes que se alojaron con nosotros prolongaron su estancia inicial unos meses en 2019. Entorno de convivencia con todo incluido y habitación privada amueblada desde el primer día.
3) Nos preocupamos por el sector inmobiliario local para crecer juntos:
Ofrecemos comunidades de convivencia a los huéspedes ayudando a los propietarios a dar vida a sus inmuebles que no están bien gestionados. Nos importa la comunidad de los clientes, por supuesto, y al mismo tiempo, la comunidad de los propietarios, la de los proveedores y la de nuestro equipo, para que se unan en nuestra plataforma digital.
4) La privacidad es lo primero:
No organizaremos fiestas con barbacoa a las que haya que acudir :). Nuestra prioridad para los huéspedes es su privacidad, un entorno tranquilo y la seguridad. Nuestro equipo se encargará de la limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes, para que nuestra cocina y comedor sean siempre espacios acogedores. Para los huéspedes que deseen ampliar su vida en comunidad, nuestra oficina en WeWork les ofrece comunidades tanto durante el día como después del trabajo. 5) Llevamos 10 años en el sector del co-living.
Nuestro fundador puso en marcha el negocio del co-living desde su propio piso después de no encontrar un alojamiento a un precio adecuado para sus primeros tres meses de estancia en Nueva York. 6) Un modelo de negocio sostenible para compartir recursos con todo el mundo:
No invertiremos en edificios lujosos como un hotel, ni en un jardín para celebrar fiestas. Simplemente alquilamos las habitaciones y casas adosadas vacías que ya existen a sus propietarios, las amueblamos con muebles tipo IKEA y publicamos las habitaciones limpias en múltiples plataformas digitales. Crecemos gracias a nuestros beneficios operativos, que provienen de lo que pagan los huéspedes a un precio justo y de los beneficios que se devuelven a los propietarios. El motor clave de nuestro crecimiento no es el número tangible de habitaciones; nuestro motor de crecimiento es saber cómo cuidar de los huéspedes y de las habitaciones las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, el valor intangible que hay en ello.

My experience was probably the best and most professional one I've ever had from a real estate transaction. Very thorough with the listing info while keeping things safe and virtual. The staff was accommodating to any requests that I had (such as vchatting live at the listing).
Eventually found a room with an amazing price especially considering the added perks that come with it.
It's also nice to know you're renting from an established business and not some random individual with an empty room. You never know what issues might come up with those situations.
It was too hard to find a place to live in NYC without this service.

This is an effortless way to find a place to live in New York City, one of the hardest places to find and secure a living situation. Stays are on a month-by-month basis, and you share common spaces with other serious working professionals and students in one of the greatest cities in the world. The staff cleans and provides basic essentials, adding to the convenience so you can focus on living peacefully and whatever brought you to NYC. You can also transfer housing to different neighborhoods if you need a change of scenery.
I used this coliving when I visited NY. The location is convenient and the environment is relatively livable with residential areas lined up, and the price is not too high, so it was very good. It was helpful because the staff responded immediately if there was a problem.
I stayed here while I was in NY for a few months. Everything was so expensive in NY, though; the price here was affordable, the location was convenient, and there was easy access to the center of the town. I enjoyed my visit a lot, thank you so much!

I stayed with the coliving company for 3 years. I had a good experience living with this company. A bit expensive, but they make up for it with cleaning services and responsiveness.
