Hei Homes is een lokaal woonagentschap dat boutique designkamers te huur aanbiedt. We creëren prachtige ruimtes in appartementen van het servicetype met de bedoeling een gemeenschap te creëren die samen leeft, werkt en speelt in comfort en harmonie.
Hei Homes transformeert huizen door ze in te richten met functionele en verfijnde meubels, apparaten en decors. Elk van onze huizen omarmt een gevoel van vloeiende vrijheid met zijn eclectische decors en verschillende ontwerpbenaderingen van Resort-stijl tot Boheemse scène die onconventioneel en artistiek leven weerspiegelt. Wij brengen huizen in boetiekstijl dichter bij iedereen.
We bieden flexibele, kortlopende huurcontracten vanaf drie maanden. We streven ernaar om onze leden een zalig verblijf in onze huizen te bieden. Je kunt een complete set huismeubilair en apparatuur verwachten - alles wat je nodig hebt om te leven zoals thuis. Wij zorgen ervoor dat uw ervaring is gepersonaliseerd aan uw behoeften.
We creëren niet alleen mooie en stijlvolle appartementen, maar ook een duurzame verblijfplaats waar je je kunt richten op het leven en het creëren van herinneringen. We verwelkomen je graag thuis!

I enjoyed my stay with the host in Singapore.
I stayed with the host during my exchange semester and I had a lovely experience. Coliving was made easy thanks to the supplies provided and the weekly cleaning. The location was amazing, and the unit was beautiful. My only complaints were the communication with them; at times it felt rushed and at times they wouldn't respond. But overall, I would recommend the host to anyone coming to stay in the city for a short stay and who wants a safe and easy-to-handle experience. If I came back, I would most likely choose this option for coliving again!

I stayed here for nearly a year and had a great experience. The host made the entire process, from arranging a viewing of the house to moving out, incredibly seamless. The property matched the listings accurately, and any time a maintenance issue came up, the host's team was responsive and handled repairs efficiently. Communication was always clear and professional throughout my stay. Highly recommend the host if you're looking for well-managed, hassle-free coliving in the area.

I had a great stay at this apartment from January until May. The place was comfortable, clean, and well located. I also had amazing housemates, who made the experience even better, and the cleaner always kept the apartment in great condition. I really felt at home during my time here and would definitely recommend it!

We rented a "pocket room" for my daughter with the host.
My daughter was leaving home for the first time; it was very reassuring to see that the host resolved problems quickly.
However, I was surprised to learn that some repairs, such as a lamp that wasn't working, were charged to us even though it was a property defect.
My daughter stayed for a school year in a mini room, without a window... but the rest of the apartment was well located, very large and pleasant.
Regarding the other housemates, very little interaction; it's more coliving than a real shared flat.
In the end, I was very satisfied with the services of the host!
The host has been very helpful in finding me an apartment in the city where I could feel at ease and safe. The customer contact was really useful and responded very quickly. I can only recommend them when searching for a student coliving flat in the city.
