De huurprijs is inclusief energiekosten (water, elektriciteit, gas, internet), benodigdheden en beheerkosten. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over het één voor één betalen van die rekeningen. Er is ook volledig uitgeruste apparatuur voor de keuken en voor je dagelijkse leven.

Verschillend van het algemene lokale huurappartement, verblijf je bij Home Sweet Home, dan word je bediend door een aantal van onze medewerkers, wiens rol het onderhoud van de co-living ruimte is. We bieden professionele schoonmaakservice van de openbare ruimte eenmaal per week, dagelijkse afvalverwijdering; wat meer is, basis woonbenodigdheden en voorzieningen worden ook geleverd door op een meer gestructureerde wekelijkse basis. Wij zorgen voor die kleine dingen.
[Culturele Uitwisseling]
Onze huurders hebben verschillende achtergronden, verschillende landen, gaan naar verschillende scholen en werkplekken. Je kunt hier de diepste cultuurschok krijgen.
[Taalverbetering]
De snelste manier om een taal te leren is door direct met lokale mensen te leven. In het gedeelde huis wonen mensen uit verschillende landen.

Really good place to stay for 1 month! If you are looking for a place to book in advance then this coliving is a really good and trustworthy company! During my stay I met wonderful people from all around the world! They are always helpful, the flat is cleaned very often and there is a really nice big kitchen. Totally recommend!

This co-living is the best! I initially was going to stay only one month, but I ended up extending six months in total. Wish I could stay longer but all good things must come to an end. Love this place, it's a real home away from home! I recommend you all to stay here. You will have the best time meeting both local and foreign friends!

Living here is very good, the transportation is convenient, and you don’t have to worry too much when you come back at night. The lovely roommates come from various countries. This is a diverse and interesting coliving place where Taiwanese need to rent a house for a short time and want to experience a new life; you can immerse yourself in English life, and You can be your Chinese teacher; and here you only need a suitcase, laundry detergent, shower gel, garbage collection, etc. You don’t have to worry about it, it’s a very convenient lifestyle. I will miss everyone in this period.
