Im Mietpreis sind die Energiekosten (Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet), die Grundversorgung und die Verwaltungskosten enthalten. Sie müssen sich nicht darum kümmern, diese Rechnungen einzeln zu bezahlen. Außerdem sind alle Geräte für die Küche und das tägliche Leben im Preis inbegriffen.

Im Unterschied zu den üblichen Mietwohnungen werden Sie bei Home Sweet Home von einer Reihe von Mitarbeitern betreut, die sich um die Instandhaltung und Pflege der Wohngemeinschaft kümmern. Wir sorgen einmal pro Woche für die professionelle Reinigung der öffentlichen Bereiche, für die tägliche Müllabfuhr, aber auch für die Grundversorgung mit Lebensmitteln und Annehmlichkeiten in einem strukturierten wöchentlichen Rhythmus. Wir kümmern uns um diese kleinen Dinge für Sie.

Unsere Mieter kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern, gehen auf verschiedene Schulen und haben unterschiedliche Arbeitsplätze. Hier kann man den tiefsten Kulturschock bekommen.
[Sprache verbessern]
Der schnellste Weg, eine Sprache zu lernen, ist das direkte Zusammenleben mit Einheimischen. In der Wohngemeinschaft leben Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern.

Really good place to stay for 1 month! If you are looking for a place to book in advance then this coliving is a really good and trustworthy company! During my stay I met wonderful people from all around the world! They are always helpful, the flat is cleaned very often and there is a really nice big kitchen. Totally recommend!

This co-living is the best! I initially was going to stay only one month, but I ended up extending six months in total. Wish I could stay longer but all good things must come to an end. Love this place, it's a real home away from home! I recommend you all to stay here. You will have the best time meeting both local and foreign friends!

Living here is very good, the transportation is convenient, and you don’t have to worry too much when you come back at night. The lovely roommates come from various countries. This is a diverse and interesting coliving place where Taiwanese need to rent a house for a short time and want to experience a new life; you can immerse yourself in English life, and You can be your Chinese teacher; and here you only need a suitcase, laundry detergent, shower gel, garbage collection, etc. You don’t have to worry about it, it’s a very convenient lifestyle. I will miss everyone in this period.
