Coliving brengt je privé toevluchtsoord in Hamburg in balans met design-geïnspireerde sociale ruimtes. Er is gemeenschap wanneer je dat wilt en privacy wanneer je dat nodig hebt.
We zijn gevestigd in Harburg, een deelgemeente van de stad Hamburg. PHNX ligt op slechts 10 minuten met het openbaar vervoer naar het stadscentrum (directe non-stop trein naar het centraal station van Hamburg) en 20 minuten naar Jungfernstieg en de conferentiezaal (directe S-Bahn zonder overstappen). Station Harburg ligt aan de overkant van de straat.

Fine for one night.
The coliving is very well located. Close to the train station and parking is inexpensive opposite in the large car park.Right next door is a shopping center.Rooms are okay. The lounge is great. Breakfast is also okay.Completely sufficient for a weekend.
I was there for 3 days and it was worth it. The staff were very nice and friendly and always helped when something didn't work or was missing. The check-in did take a little while, but the stay was still well worth it and I would come again :)
I stayed for a month in this simple accommodation. It had adequate amenities, and check-in was handled via mobile phone and an automated kiosk. Breakfast was just okay — about 30 minutes after service began many items were gone and not replenished. The best part was the location: right across from the train station.

Poor parking situation, impossible with mobility impairment. Even loading and unloading was not possible. The room was very satisfactory. Value for money for breakfast at 18.50 was rather negative, especially since, despite reservation, rolls, simple cold cuts, and scrambled eggs had been eaten. However, they were refilled upon request.
We sincerely thank the host again for the wonderful stay. The cleanliness and the on-site service are highly recommended. We have already been there for the eighth time. The proximity to the nearby train station as well as the quick connections to the city center make the coliving also interesting for visitors. Ideal for self-caterers. We look forward to our next stay.

The lounge was also nice.
There were offerings for yoga and a karaoke evening.
The highlight is, of course, the paternoster!
Definitely a must for fans of historic preservation.
The paternoster is a highlight; you can take it to the reception (which you don't really need, as everything could be handled by machines) and to breakfast. So cool to go once around in a circle. You hardly get to experience that anymore.
Also, the view of the old factory grounds has such an extraordinary charm... at sunset or at night when only the street lamps are lit, you feel like you're in a 1920s film.
As a food tip, I can recommend a restaurant in front of a nearby shopping center. Best, crispiest fries. They were really good. The burgers and the salmon bowl were also really well seasoned and fresh!
With a D-type work visa, we came to the city as a family; I had researched before coming. We arrived and reserved our place, the staff were attentive and friendly, and they immediately provided anything additional we needed. They prepared the necessary document for Anmeldung. We are grateful for the attention and kindness of a staff member. The location is nice, opposite the station; shopping centers and markets are very close.
