Estamos situados en Harburg, un barrio de la ciudad de Hamburgo. PHNX está a tan sólo 10 minutos en transporte público del centro de la ciudad (tren directo sin paradas a la estación central de Hamburgo) y a 20 minutos de Jungfernstieg, así como del Palacio de Congresos (S-Bahn directo sin paradas). La estación de Harburg está justo enfrente.
