Phnx Coliving

We spent two nights there and were satisfied.
Conveniently located near the main train station.
The room was clean and had everything you need.
The lounge was also nice.
There were offerings for yoga and a karaoke evening.
The highlight is, of course, the paternoster!

Definitely a must for fans of historic preservation.
The paternoster is a highlight; you can take it to the reception (which you don't really need, as everything could be handled by machines) and to breakfast. So cool to go once around in a circle. You hardly get to experience that anymore.
Also, the view of the old factory grounds has such an extraordinary charm... at sunset or at night when only the street lamps are lit, you feel like you're in a 1920s film.
As a food tip, I can recommend a restaurant in front of a nearby shopping center. Best, crispiest fries. They were really good. The burgers and the salmon bowl were also really well seasoned and fresh!

I stayed for a month; it was okay. The location is perfect—right by the train station. Check-in was via self service.

I found the breakfast a bit limited when it came to fresh options. Overall this coliving felt somewhat unkempt — not old, but with dust bunnies in many corners. The staff and the location were definitely great. I understand it may have been trade fair season.

Overall, I found this coliving to be great. It has a stylish, well-designed space, and the check-in and check-out process is automated and optimized. Unfortunately, during my booking, I was able to reserve a room for three people (two adults, one child), but upon arrival, we only found a 140 cm wide bed with two blankets. There was no indication that this arrangement would not be suitable for our group. While our child still sleeps between us, which wasn't a major issue, typically, larger beds are 1.80 m wide. So, describing the beds as 'large' in the listing might be a bit optimistic. I think this coliving is great if you are traveling alone.

I had a great experience during my stay here. The atmosphere was welcoming and the amenities were impressive. The shared spaces were well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for both relaxation and productivity. I really appreciated the community vibe and the opportunity to meet new people. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this coliving space for anyone looking to connect and collaborate with others.

the amenities are good, the interior is stylish, and the paternoster is truly a highlight. getting a second blanket upon request was easy, and the staff were very friendly. however, the walls are unfortunately thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring room (coughing, the television, an alarm at 4:30 with multiple snoozes...) and the movements in the hallway. a restful stay was quite difficult.

I made a quick call for a spontaneous business booking. I reached the coliving manager after 10 seconds on the phone; very friendly and accommodating. I quickly booked a room for the same day, received the invoice shortly via email, and simply paid via Apple Pay using a QR code. Done! This is a brief description of the experience. I am very satisfied with the competent and friendly communication, the streamlined booking process, and I am now looking forward to the stay.
