Woon en werk samen met je nomadische collega's in ons WN LAB Hotel voor minimaal 6 maanden en verken de rest van het jaar onze partnerresidenties over de hele wereld.

Wij ontwerpen een nieuwe nomadische economie die mensen in staat stelt op hun eigen manier te leven, door flexibel samen te wonen en op afstand en op projectbasis te werken.
Wij waarderen de kracht en creativiteit die voortkomt uit de vrijheid om te leven en te genieten van werk, vriendschappen en gemeenschappen over de grenzen heen.

We have used this coliving now for the second time as a stopover. Since recently, you also have to pay for parking in the underground garage, but the price is (still) moderate. The rooms are partly equipped with a TV, but otherwise quite attractive. Pretty much everything runs digitally via your own phone... I find it a pity that there are closing times for the terrace on the 11th floor. We are happy to come back a third time👍🏻
Very nice coliving! The check-in and room key are all via an app on your phone, which is handy. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean, and had all the things you might want/need. The breakfast was also nice with a good selection of foods. The only thing is the location, which is in the neighborhood, so a bit far from the city center, but taxis are cheap and you have the buses and metro so it's not a big issue.

Lovely place, we had two very spacious rooms. Having a connecting room option when traveling with children is always appreciated. The breakfast was modest but provided all the necessary food. Highly recommended.
The rooms were very large and spacious, and the place was clean. The only issue was that security only arrives at 10:00 PM, so there’s no security outside that time. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay here.

My compliments to them, and thank you for being awesome during my stay.The digital room key needs to be updated, as sometimes you can experience loading issues, but again the staff is so amazing; even if you face issues, it's fixed in a few seconds.In general my experience with the host was quite good, but the staff made it amazing.Thank you for having me and letting me experience a great time.
Wonderful location, the best views from the coliving to the nearby park and the whole neighborhood.Great service, spacious, modern, very beautiful rooms, and very delicious breakfasts.
Excellent coliving. You can perform digital self check-in/check-out via the coliving's app. The room key is also through the app.
Rooms are really large and spacious. Everything is OK. Nice Wi-Fi.
Parking on level -2 costs 8 euros for 24 hours.
There is some noise from the cars (heard even on floor 7), mainly at night. I was a bit disappointed that I requested towel replacement and the host didn't respond to my request. Overall, good value for the price.
Clean and reliable coliving, the breakfast is nice, there is a car garage on level -2, we stayed on our return from leave, I would stay again.
