Very spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Room cleanliness average. Good atmosphere. Area without issues. Good transport connections.
Love the huge rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and self-service check-in and check-out. We always stop here when we pass through the area.

the café on the 12th floor offers a stunning 360-degree view of the city. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The location is far from the center, but there is everything around it: Lidl, DM, restaurants, cafes... They gave a room that is suitable for living. There is no refrigerator, which is unfortunate. The light is weak, and you can hear the noises from the neighboring room, which might be disturbing. However, overall, it is a highly recommended coliving.
The rooms are large and clean, mobile check-in is very convenient, and the availability of parking is a priority. The breakfast is rich and varied. A downside is that there is no television in the room; after all, it's a 4-star coliving, and everywhere they only speak English. We are in Bulgaria, and I do not wish to be spoken to in a foreign language, regardless of whether I know it.
