The coliving is very comfortable, with spacious, clean rooms that are perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. The attention from the staff is excellent, but I especially want to highlight the guy who attended to us on the rooftop, who was very kind and attentive at all times. We enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and spectacular views. I will definitely recommend it.
I have traveled together with my family (2 adults and 3 children) and 1 dog, and this has been a fantastic stay: the spacious, clean rooms, the view from the rooftop where the restaurant is located, the accessibility of different shops and restaurants, and the quiet and safe neighborhood make this coliving a very nice and suitable choice for both business and pleasure travel. I will choose it for sure when next time in Sofia.

This is a wonderful place in the student area of Sofia—honestly, five stars don't seem enough. We were a group of 43 people on a business trip for a sports championship and stayed here. From our initial call to inquire about rooms to our departure, the service was simply flawless. Kudos to the entire team, from management to every staff member who was always there for anything we needed. The rooms are warm, spacious, modern, and spotless. We haven't slept in such large and comfortable rooms on any of our sports trips in Greece and abroad until now. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The mattress, pillows, and duvet were fantastic, with hot water available all the time. Anyone who chooses this coliving space won't regret it. The surrounding area provides everything you might need for your stay—supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and clubs. Thank you to the team for the wonderful experience you provided us; you will undoubtedly be our first choice for future trips.
Best location, great price-performance ratio. We were on our way from Munich to Izmir and discovered the coliving by chance. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly. Since the restaurant was only open in the middle of the week, we unfortunately couldn't test it, but there are plenty of options in the area. For us, it will become a regular place. We can only recommend it...
Not near to center but has a bus to transfer. Very good breakfast.
