I have mixed feelings about this coliving space. It starts off with a sleek marble and stainless steel look, but unfortunately, it ends with dirty carpets and cheap finishes. The carpet in the hallway was not clean, and the carpet in my room had bent edges, making me trip a few times. They claim to be semi-digital, requiring an app to check in and unlock the room, but there was no TV provided in the room.

For me, the review of the coliving was generally very good. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. It was also nice that breakfast was included.
I have been there twice due to a business trip. The first time I was very satisfied: everything was close and easy to reach, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I was positively surprised by the rooms themselves.
The second time, unfortunately, my experience was less. It was during the winter period, and both my colleagues and I were very cold in the rooms. Outside it was indeed cold, but it also remained uncomfortably cold inside, especially in the mornings and evenings when you returned to the room. That made the stay less comfortable. Furthermore, parking has not been free since January 1, 2026, and it is quite expensive if your company does not cover it.

Amazing coliving - clean, comfortable, and modern. Offers an incredible view of Vitosha and Sofia, both from the 12th floor, where the reception and restaurant are located, and from the room on a higher floor. Informal boho style, creating a friendly environment and conditions for relaxation. Responsive, kind, patient, and competent staff.

We were very pleased with our stay in the coliving. The room was impressively modern and very spacious, providing all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable.
Among the great advantages of the coliving is the very good breakfast offered, as well as the free parking, which saved us a lot of stress and extra expenses. An excellent value-for-money option in Sofia. We highly recommend it!

Very close to the center. We arrived by car and had free parking. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and new. The breakfast is quite nice, tasty, and sufficient. We were satisfied, thanks to all the coliving staff.

The staff's attention is excellent, and the coliving's private parking is also very good.

I had a decent experience here, especially since it's located in studentski grad. The atmosphere was lively and engaging, making it a good spot for socializing and working. Overall, I found it to be a convenient place to stay.
