Our neighborhood is conveniently located near a range of amenities, including supermarkets, ATMs, parks, schools, stores, and shopping centers. This means that everything you need is just a short distance away, making it easy and convenient to live in this bustling and vibrant area.

The Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes is one of the most important roads in the city, stretching over 13 km from the border with Hospitalet de Llobregat to the border with San Adrián de Besós. Along its route, it passes through some of the city's most iconic squares.

The section of the Gran Via that continues north towards San Adrián de Besós coincides with the first section of the Maresme freeway, and the tracks of line T5 of the Trambes line run along it. Line 1 of the metro runs underground between the stations of Espaa and Universitat, and line 2 between the former and the junction with Marina.
