  - Coliving.com zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door alleen geld over te maken naar de verhuurder 24 uur nadat je succesvol bent ingetrokken.
  - Als de woning substantieel afwijkt van wat geadverteerd wordt, meld dit dan aan ons en wij zullen je helpen een andere woning te vinden.
- Zodra je aanvaard bent en je ideale verhuisdatum bevestigd is, zal de host je verwelkomen in je nieuwe woning. Hij of zij zal je helpen om je te installeren in je kamer, je wegwijs maken in de ruimte en je voorstellen aan de andere leden van de gemeenschap.
