De kamer die je krijgt toegewezen kan iets afwijken van de foto's, maar komt overeen met het kamertype. Je boekt een kamer/bed op type, niet een specifieke eenheid.

Je hoeft de woning niet te bezichtigen en hier is waarom:
- Woningen op Coliving.com hebben foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving van de gemeenschap, kamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. De meeste hebben ook 3D- of videotours.
- Het beperken van bezichtigingen zorgt voor gelijke kansen voor iedereen, of je nu inwoner bent of in het buitenland woont. Bovendien blijft de privacy van onze woongemeenschappen behouden.
- Als er iets onduidelijk is, kun je gemakkelijk contact opnemen met de woning door op "Contact host" te klikken en om meer details te vragen. Zorg ervoor dat je vragen niet al behandeld zijn in de beschrijving of in de FAQ-sectie.
- Coliving.com zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door alleen geld over te maken naar de verhuurder 24 uur nadat je succesvol bent ingetrokken.
- Als de woning substantieel afwijkt van wat geadverteerd wordt, meld dit dan aan ons en wij zullen je helpen een andere woning te vinden.
