The flatshare is ideally located in the "Clichy - Fourche" neighborhood, in the heart of Clichy. Plenty of public transports, shops, restaurants are available nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: condominium fees, household waste tax, housing insurance, electricity, water, unlimited wi-fi.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
