I think it is a place to have a high/very high COLIVING experience.
Both for the facilities (both to spend the night, as well as the common areas, they promote coexistence).
The work areas are sufficient and pleasant, also complemented by a coworking space
which has recently opened 500 meters away, providing a suitable working environment. Maybe some individual space
more cabin type could be convenient, but since it is a coliving for short stays, high privacy
is not the main requirement.
Then, theirteam leads common activities which means that if you are already living together,
it is even easier to generate human contact. The community atmosphere they promote is positive and characteristic in general.
There are leisure alternatives and not just leisure activities which means that there are always certain plans available (canoeing, hiking, yoga,...).
The hosting area offers many services and the center of Javea has its own charm. It may be somewhat distant from the beach (perhaps 15 minutes walk)
but it is insignificant.
The climate is very good Mediterranean.
Most of my co-livers were non-Spanish (I'm Spanish) but that was not an issue
as long as you have at least medium-high knowledge of English to take advantage of living together.
The overall human atmosphere generated can be quite positive.
In my case I am 46 years old and I thought I might feel out of place since most people tend to be in their 30s

To be honest, I was hesitant about this coliving because of all the hype. Are they truly the best? Well that depends on what you value. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, then you'll probably be disappointed. But if your values are in personal development and community building, this is your place! The hosts are very intentional about structuring community here. They are active and involved to help foster connections. I loved all the skillshares, roundtables and masterminds to help you become your best self both personally and professionally. Javea and the surrounding area are absolutely gorgeous! I loved being able to run down to the port to catch sunrise and then go for a swim followed by a nice cup of coffee at cozy little cafe. I will definitely be back because this community is incredibly special.

I had been advised many times to stay here, and just needed to spend time there and understand what was really happening. It's hard to describe the experience in a few words, but it's all about community, interesting skill sharing, very useful masterminds, inspirational discussions, etc. If you need to get work done but also want to learn new things, get new ideas, and new opportunities, widen your mind, challenge yourself, or get more motivation, that's definitely where you need to go. I consider this property as a model for my coworking and coliving space project.
