We spent three nights and were very happy with all the services. The building and facilities are modern, cozy, bright, and open to the outside with gardens and terraces equipped with chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Good decoration and well-equipped common areas. Laundry service 10/10. The staff's personal treatment 10/10. Help with storing luggage 10/10. Location 100 meters from the Metro, which in three stops takes you to the city center. The beds are very comfortable. Nearby there are two luxury bakeries as well as cafés and restaurants of good quality and fair prices.
A place to recommend and repeat.

We spent 3 nights in this coliving.Good location, only 15 minutes from the center by tram or car.The rooms are spacious and well equipped; the only drawback for us was the light in the room—unfortunately the curtains are not darkening enough and there are no blinds.Breakfast is adequate and the staff is friendly.Parking is a real plus.Good value for money; I think it's the best coliving in the city at a reasonable price.
It is convenient to get to the city center on foot; the central square is about 12–14 minutes away on foot. It is quite inconvenient by tram, but this has nothing to do with the coliving. There is a tram stop and a nearby bike-share. I was pleasantly surprised that coworking was included in the cost; at a coworking space in another city, for example, it was not like that and the prices were huge. And here it's a huge bonus for the remote worker. The rooms are clean and well stocked, but there is not enough sunlight; this should be taken into account if it is important to you.
Four weeks at the host's place... and I think I've developed a coliving Stockholm syndrome: I absolutely don't want to leave.
Here, everything is designed to make you feel good. The decor is so successful that you want to redecorate your living room when you get home (and throw away half your furniture in the process). The atmosphere is warm, lively, without ever being intrusive. You feel at home... but much tidier.
The welcome deserves a special mention. The whole team is disarmingly kind, always smiling, available, attentive, and with that rare ability to make you feel like their only guest of the day. Honestly, I suspect they hire exclusively for good humor.
Same observation at the restaurant: a lovely team that starts every morning with a generous, varied, high-quality breakfast. Enough to start the day with a smile... and a second croissant (for science).
In short, if you're looking for a place to sleep, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to feel good, where you'll be welcomed like a friend and where you might postpone your departure by a few days (or weeks), go to this host!
