Really well-thought-out coliving concept with a rooftop, coworking space, and restaurant 7 days a week. Super central (2 min from Saint-Roch train station), excellently equipped, and a warm atmosphere. Ideal for working.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff are very nice, helpful, and they are the reason for the second renewal long stay contract. They are pretty flexible to make things work. Also, the cleaning staff are just excellent! I was here since the opening in late 2024 due to work displacement and have seen the growth of the coliving. Some of my colleagues stayed here a couple of times and they really enjoyed it (when it was not too cold or too hot; otherwise, the AC/heat system does not work well). I would definitely come back if management is still in charge. The business side is handled by another company and they are the complete opposite, not the easiest people to deal with.

The rooms were very cozy, loved the design. The space is perfect for 2 people. Our only problem was that we couldn’t set the AC; the rooms were cold. Other than that, loved the space, loved their bathroom and their services. There’s a diner at the coliving; the breakfast was good but lacked options.

Being celiac (need to eat gluten free) I had to bring my own bread to breakfast but there is plenty of yoghurt, bacon, eggs, ham and cheese.
I can recommend strongly even though the bed is a bit hard for my taste.
