They offer paid parking, but there is paid on-street parking, so you can find a place to park your car.

Great stay in a great coliving!
Very good place. A 2-minute walk from the station without any problems and 20 minutes from the main train station. The room is very clean with a kitchenette. It's spacious and well laid out: a comfortable desk to work at, and plenty of outlets. Walk-in shower with good pressure. A small but well-equipped gym. Breakfast is comprehensive and of good quality.

A very good place in the city, with excellent value for money.
We stayed at the host's property and the experience was very positive overall. The coliving is very well located, central enough to easily enjoy the city, and everything seems designed to simplify the stay.
The staff were kind, smiling and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were very simple, clear instructions… We had also booked a parking space: the garage is easy to access and being able to choose your spot freely is really appreciated.
Our 18 m² room was very well laid out, with a small kitchenette, a functional bathroom and a pleasant sleeping area. Good air conditioning, excellent soundproofing and a TV with Netflix and YouTube: real little extras when returning after a long day.
The bed is large, clean and comfortable, but a small downside regarding the pillows, which I found much too flat. The headboard being made of a fairly hard shelf, the absence of a bolster or thicker pillows left me with quite a sore neck. A few extra pillows or a bolster would really improve comfort.
Another point to improve: the cleanliness of the bathroom. We found several hairs in the shower and on the walls upon our arrival, which is a shame. The amount of toilet paper provided was also a bit limited for the length of the stay.
On the other hand, a very pleasant surprise regarding breakfast! A nice selection of savory and sweet, several homemade preparations and quality products. Personally, I lacked nothing.
Considering the location, the amenities and the general comfort, I found the value for money really excellent.
Despite these few small points to improve, this is a place I gladly recommend and where I could very well return during a future stay in the city.
The coliving is ideally located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The garden at the back of the building is ideal for having breakfast in the morning in peace, surrounded by greenery. The room is very well designed, optimized, and comfortable.
