My review is from the perspective of a remote worker/digital nomad. The assessment of the coliving is different if you use it for other purposes - like a long stay around taking a class in the city.

As a medium-term remote working place it is not great for several reasons:

Any extension of your stay must be at least 1 month - this lack of flexibility is hard in a remote-working situation when there are always last-minute changes of schedule.

The co-working space is not great. The "phone booths" were not soundproof, and it would have been a nightmare if the space had been busy (luckily I mostly worked evenings when the space was mostly empty). The co-working space was frequently not stocked with coffee. It was an issue to stay late and work U.S. hours (the doors "lock" at 8 p.m., and you needed someone to let you in).

The gym was poorly equipped - a couple of cardio machines and mats - no free weights, so I had to get a gym membership while there.

The cleaning service (to which you pay separately) seemed to be frequently late/missing, and was only "ok" with the level of cleaning.

I would hesitate to pick this place again for a full-time remote working stay.

Otherwise the facility was very nice (though I do not agree with the "4 stars coliving" in the Google title. This is not even close to a 4* coliving. The restaurant was pleasant with good food, and the garden was very nice. The value for price was decent, especially as I did not find alternatives in the city).

I honestly loved this coliving with its cozy, home-like atmosphere.
It is modern and clean.
The welcome was warm from our arrival.
The staff are very kind, polite, pleasant, and smiling; nothing to complain about, ready to help and to make sure everything goes well.
We took studios, which we found comfortable and bright; the kitchen is well equipped.
At every turn there is a sort of lounge where you can cook, sit at a table, or simply sit alone or in a group.
What I loved was the terrace and the small adjoining garden, the back courtyard of the coliving, so pleasant with its pine trees.
Its small fence, its calm, its plants.
A true haven of peace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner pleasantly.
The coliving is well located, not far from the train station, the shopping center, and the city center, simply maybe 800 meters.
I just didn't appreciate three points:
No phone in the studio.
No safe.
I had to insist that they clean for me after the third day, though.

Breakfast is very good; it is not a big, highly varied breakfast, but it consists of good and tasty products; it's filling, no need for more.

I therefore recommend this coliving, and I will come back soon; it's in the plans.

It was a pleasure to discover this coliving, ideally located near public transport, on a quiet street!
I was fortunate to have a room overlooking a planted courtyard.
The rooms are functional and the bedding is top-notch. The only drawback is that you have to request room cleaning; otherwise nothing is done under the pretext of a CSR policy — in my view, behind the environmental stance there is an economic logic.

Attentive staff, well-located and quiet, clean room. Very convenient parking. Very good breakfast.
Great find. We'll be back.

One drawback: the breakfast lacked savory options and the server was not very friendly

Apartment coliving: clean, bright, and functional. Very well-located near the metro and neighborhood shops. Very good welcome.

The coliving is in a good location, a 10-minute walk from Montpellier's historic center.
The rooms are small but well equipped. Small kitchenette where it's possible to prepare, or reheat, dishes. Good buffet breakfast. The staff (all) are extremely kind and very willing to help.
