This coliving was a very nice discovery for us, as we were originally looking for an Airbnb. It perfectly combines comfort and privacy, all for a price similar to that of an Airbnb.

We felt very comfortable there, with real independence and cleaning included, which is a real plus. The coliving also has a secure parking lot (€15 per day), which makes you feel even safer.

The staff are very kind, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this coliving without hesitation!

Remember to buy paper towels or bring a dishcloth for the dishes; otherwise, for the sponge and dish soap you have to ask at reception.

Note that a €100 deposit is required in case of broken dishes or theft. But if you are responsible and respectful of the premises, you will obviously get your deposit back :)

You have an electric blind and curtains to ensure a pleasant night, and personally I didn't hear any noise from the street, knowing that the window faces the garden of the coliving.

Price through Booking: €257 for 3 nights and €45 for parking in total.

Spacious rooms, a comfortable kitchen, plenty of surface space essential for a traveler, a smart TV, a large mirror conveniently located behind the door, a window with a bright outlook, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom without a separate toilet. The indoor garage is very useful at a fair price. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the fitness room and have breakfast outdoors at the small restaurant below.

Coliving staff were great and the place was extremely clean; I recommend it.

I’ve stayed at several places in Montpellier, and the host is definitely my top pick. Everything was super clean and beautifully designed, with a functional kitchenette, work table, and fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps). Breakfast was great, and I especially loved the mini gym and outdoor garden for working or enjoying a coffee.My only recommendation would be adding a coffee machine in the rooms, as currently there’s only tea and a French press. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Very good stay with the host at this location. The room is pleasant, well-furnished and decorated. We were warmly welcomed for a 6-night stay.
The only small drawback is that some rooms face the street, and the frequent passage of the tram causes significant noise.

Coliving that offers a series of well-laid-out and well-equipped studios for stays of several days in the city. The staff are kind, the services are numerous, but the coworking space was not available to guests of the coliving during my stay. I didn't try the breakfast but the snack option was good.The TV provides access to about a dozen standard channels; the Netflix option requires personal login credentials.The location is ideal for wandering around the outskirts of the city by public transport (main train station, tram) but a bit less convenient for exploring the city on foot as it is somewhat off-center. Count on 12–15 minutes to the main square and 30 minutes to the botanical garden.Be aware of a few points: the mattresses are of good quality but a bit firm and lack cushioning; the fridges are noisy and cannot be turned off. The air conditioning is effective and the shutters are very good at blocking light, so with good earplugs I was able to sleep. I would likely return.

We booked 2 rooms for 8 nights and had a pleasant stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the city center, and close to two grocery stores (Lidl and Carrefour), several bakeries, and between two tram stops, the location was ideal. Cleaning is done every three days, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The hot water, unfortunately, requires a bit of patience.Booked 2 rooms for 8 nights and had a pleasant stay. I booked for a month and arrived at 2:00 AM. I wanted to park in the designated parking, but there were no spaces available. Later that night at 1:30 AM, no one answered when I rang to be let into the parking, so I had to go to reception to report my presence and then return to the parking behind the coliving. Aside from that, the rooms are lovely and very clean.
