I spent 2 nights in this coliving, just great, idyllic location, train station, close to the comedy square, tram access to the beach... studio very well thought out with all the comfort... very quiet and the staff are really very friendly and attentive. This contributed to my great weekend. Thank you. I will return.

Location 800m from the city center, pleasant terrace and restaurant, well-equipped and thoughtfully designed room (including environmental aspects); all together, this coliving offers a good value for money making it a success to experience.

I stayed here for a month, and the best part was definitely the location. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, especially for a buffet. The only hot option available was poached eggs. Another concern was that my room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. For a four-star apartment, I expected daily housekeeping. I understand that issues can arise, but this has been mentioned in previous feedback as well.

Breakfast with a variety but above all VERY HIGH QUALITY! The rooms are perfect and well spaced, the decor is superb, and 10/10 for the location, thank you.
