INTRODUÇÃO GERAL: Kalart é o primeiro coliving equilibrado entre trabalho e vida pessoal em Barcelona que atrai profissionais à procura de inspiração e mudança significativa. Situada no Parc Natural del Montseny (Reserva da Biosfera da UNESCO, a 45 km da cidade), a Kalart foi fundada com base na convicção de que trabalhar num ambiente sustentável, rural e colaborativo, longe das pressões da vida quotidiana na cidade, pode restaurar e capacitar as pessoas a nível pessoal e profissional.
