INTRODUZIONE GENERALE: Kalart è il primo coliving a Barcellona che attrae professionisti in cerca di ispirazione e di cambiamenti significativi. Situato nel Parc Natural del Montseny (Riserva della Biosfera dell'UNESCO, a 45 km dalla città), Kalart è stato fondato sulla convinzione che lavorare in un ambiente sostenibile, rurale e collaborativo, lontano dalle pressioni della vita quotidiana in città, possa recuperare e potenziare le persone a livello personale e professionale.
