One way this is done is by way of the sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsors a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
The building is located in Moabit, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the center of Berlin. In the parallel street is the Arminius Market Hall (Arminiusmarkthalle) which is very popular among the neighbourhood`s gourmets. The property is centrally located and close to the nearby subway station and brand new tram station. The micro location offers plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The massive Schultheiss Quartier Mall is 200m. The building is located in a very quiet side street, yet few paces away from the busy high street.
