It’s fully equipped and suitable for the needs of permanent digital nomads, but also for the needs of environmentally cautious or even just sustainability-curious freelancers, couples, or groups who would like to stir up their working routine with a month or longer workation, where you can cultivate and adopt eco-friendly and healthier habits.

Our neighborhood has good access both to the airport (5 minutes drive) and the main road which connects with other roads to visit the Island. Big supermarkets and shopping malls are 12 minutes walking distance and we have coffee/bakery/pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and ATM machines just around the corner.
