In the parallel street is the Arminius Market Hall (Arminiusmarkthalle) which is very popular among the neighbourhood`s gourmets. The property is centrally located and close to the nearby subway station and brand new tram station. The micro location offers plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The massive Schultheiss Quartier Mall is 200m. The building is located in a very quiet side street, yet few paces away from the busy high street.
