The building is located on Broadway in Times Square - "the center of the universe," as it is also referred to.
We have six fully furnished apartments in this luxury building! Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. At this location, you have the opportunity to connect with many tenants!
The building has 24h service front desk and on-site maintenance staff. The building's amenities include a gym, lounge with pool table and study area, a rooftop and patio overlooking Times Square, and a laundry room.
This listing represents the apartments with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms belongs one of the bedrooms. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area, some with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included.
Most bedrooms have a full bed (some larger rooms have a King and some small rooms have a twin), nightstand, closet or clothing rack, dresser, and black-out curtains/shaded. Some rooms also include a study desk with an office chair and a private AC unit. Most of the rooms have central AC and heating. Some rooms are provided with a cooling fan and a space heater.
All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies.

Our leases are three months minimum, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship.
