Our house is newly renovated in the Mallorcan style of the 1950s, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that's ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

Our team includes professionals from a variety of fields, all working together to achieve an optimal quality-price ratio. We are proud to have started our journey in 2011 with a small property on Chinchilla Street in Madrid, and have since expanded to three additional locations. Our goal is to create spaces that not only enhance the beauty of the city, but also promote cultural diffusion and provide a platform for young scientists to exhibit and present their projects.
