There is no need to worry about lugging heavy bags up to the top floor; our property comes equipped with a convenient elevator that ensures effortless movement throughout the building.
Our apartment offers a total of 5 double-sized rooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. The entire property has been completely renovated to meet the highest standards of comfort and luxury.
The five double rooms share three modernly furnished bathrooms, which ensures that every one and a quarter individuals have their own bathroom space. Additionally, one of the double rooms have their own private balconies that offer breathtaking views of the nearby neighborhoods.
Our kitchen, lounge, and dining room have been designed to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to come together with other residents. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space to cater to all your culinary needs. The lounge and dining room area provide a spacious and comfortable place for residents to socialize, relax, and enjoy their meals.

一旦租户向 Coliving.com 支付了第一个月的租金,将不予退款。租期不超过 3 个月的,除押金、habipak 和水电押金(如适用)外,还需支付全额预付款。
租户在 Coliving.com 上确认预订后,需直接向我们支付以下费用:
1) 对于 3 个月以下的住宿,押金相当于 1 个月的房租
入住 3 至 6 个月,押金相当于 1.5 个月的房租
入住 6 至 12 个月,押金相当于 2 个月的房租
您还需要购买 Habipak。押金在 31 到 61 天之间退还。
2) 您的房租总额为每月 50 欧元。超出部分根据租户实际入住情况按比例计算。我们要求补充水电押金,具体如下:

如果没有超额使用水电,押金将全额退还,或根据适用的超额使用情况退还。我们提供清晰透明的计算方法以及所有水电费账单的复印件。水电费账单周期为每月一次,因此根据租户的离开日期,未使用的水电押金可能需要 90 至 150 天才能退还。如果水电押金不足以支付任何超额使用的水电费,不足部分将从保证金中扣除。
3) 275 欧元 Habipak 管理费(一次性支付)。
租户在 Coliving.com 平台上预订并付款后,将收到我们的预订摘要,其中列出并注明上述所有款项。只有在向我们支付了上述款项后,预订才会被确认,租赁协议将发送给租户在线签署。
退房时需支付一次性清洁费 35 欧元。
退还押金和水电押金的任何银行转账费用/遗产公司收费均应由租户支付。
