After several months of renovation work, this private mansion in the Madeleine district, covering 755 m2 and three levels, is now ready for occupancy. Our architects have taken great care to create generous communal spaces adapted to today's uses. The property offers a range of private homes with large common spaces, a huge garden, and all-inclusive services such as ultra-fast wifi, weekly cleaning, and a gym. Available for 1 month, our residence is eligible for housing subsidies.
The private rooms, integrated into spacious common areas, are offered in several categories - Cosy, Premium and First - to perfectly match your expectations and needs. Each space, ranging from 13 to 25 m2, is equipped to ensure your comfort: a double bed, desk, dressing room, linen, and more, with a private bathroom. Whichever range you choose, you'll, of course, have access to all in-house services.
