Welcome to our house, located in the heart of a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood, just 10 minutes away from Lille.

The metro and streetcar are just a short walk away from our property, enabling seamless commuter access to the metropolis.

One of the highlights of this place is its abundance of local shops, from quaint bakeries to bustling grocery stores and markets, providing our residents with everything they need right at their doorstep. Some of the markets offer local produce and seafood that’s fresh from the coast, making it a perfect spot to try the region's authentic culinary offerings.

Residents can revel in the abundance of gardens and green spaces that surround the house. The neighborhood has several parks with open fields, benches, and playgrounds, perfect for a picnic or a game of frisbee on a sunny day. These green spaces provide a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing an oasis of tranquility where residents can unwind and relax.

As the tenant of an apartment, you will sign an individual furnished rental contract. This must be signed electronically. You will be the person in charge but you can split the rent.

An additional rental charges package will be added if two people occupy the room.

Our team will inform you of the residents' profiles. If you have any special requests, we'll do our utmost to accommodate them. Obviously we carry out a background check with every potential resident to avoid inappropriate behaviour in our Coliving spaces.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We collect several documents: - proof of identity (French identity card or passport for foreigners) - Proof of activity (payslips, employment contract, company Kbis or study certificate) - Proof of income (tax return, pay slips) Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide a guarantor.
