Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?As the tenant of an apartment, you will sign an individual furnished rental contract. This must be signed electronically. You will be the person in charge but you can split the rent.
An additional rental charges package will be added if two people occupy the room. -

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?Our team will inform you of the residents' profiles. If you have any special requests, we'll do our utmost to accommodate them. Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?We collect several documents: - proof of identity (French identity card or passport for foreigners) - Proof of activity (payslips, employment contract, company Kbis or study certificate) - Proof of income (tax return, pay slips) Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide a guarantor.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Temporary accommodation of a third party in your private space is possible, but may not exceed 7 consecutive days in any one month. The agreement of the other tenants is also required. However, it is not possible to obtain access for a third party. Any damage, even if caused by a third party, will be charged to the leaseholder's security deposit.

Are all rooms furnished?Everything you need to be independent and feel at home from day one! A fully equipped sleeping area so you can sleep on your own 2 pillows (bedding, sheets, comforter, pillows, bedside table, dressing room...), a comfortable desk for working or daydreaming... and a toilet and bathroom for pampering yourself!
