Ideally located, a few minutes walk from universities, shops and public transport (bus and metro), our Coliving offers 8 independent rooms, fully furnished and tastefully decorated, each with a private bathroom.
In terms of living environment, the 170m² house, completely renovated in 2022, has a cute furnished garden and numerous common areas that are spacious, bright, carefully furnished, and decorated:
• Magnificent living / dining room.
• Large, fully equipped kitchen (all appliances are doubled).
• Gym with fitness/bodybuilding machines.
• Cinema room with video projector and game console.
• Garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
• Laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryers).
• Easy parking on the street or in front of the house.
Each of the 8 bedrooms includes a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. There you will find a furnished sleeping area (double bed, mattress, duvet, pillows), a desk, and a dressing room. The bathroom consists of a shower with a glass wall, a vanity unit, a WC, and a towel dryer.
The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE and cover many services:
• Water, electricity, and gas.
• Internet connection (fiber).
• Home insurance.
• Cleaning of common areas every week,upkeep, and maintenance.
• Netflix subscription.
• Console and video games.
• Community activities (delivery of meals to cook, afterworks, outings).
• A listening, dedicated, and responsive contact to make your daily life easier in your home.

The Jeanne d'Arc-Longchamps-Beaulieu district is one of the main districts of Rennes. There are many schools there, including the Rennes I science university.
The neighborhood is relatively dynamic and lively, as it is connected to the city center by numerous bus lines and metro line B. It is a very green and pleasant neighborhood to live in.
