Come and pack your bags in a sumptuous house located in the heart of Rennes, near the city center. Ideally located, a few minutes walk from universities, shops and public transport (bus and metro), our Coliving offers 8 independent rooms, fully furnished and tastefully decorated, each with a private bathroom.
In terms of living environment, the 170m² house, completely renovated in 2022, has a cute furnished garden and numerous common areas that are spacious, bright, carefully furnished, and decorated:
• Magnificent living / dining room.
• Large, fully equipped kitchen (all appliances are doubled).
• Gym with fitness/bodybuilding machines.
• Cinema room with video projector and game console.
• Garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
• Laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryers).
• Easy parking on the street or in front of the house.
Each of the 8 bedrooms includes a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. There you will find a furnished sleeping area (double bed, mattress, duvet, pillows), a desk, and a dressing room. The bathroom consists of a shower with a glass wall, a vanity unit, a WC, and a towel dryer.
The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE and cover many services:
• Water, electricity, and gas.
• Internet connection (fiber).
• Home insurance.
• Cleaning of common areas every week,upkeep, and maintenance.
• Netflix subscription.
• Console and video games.
• Community activities (delivery of meals to cook, afterworks, outings).

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
