Living in a super luxurious highrise building makes things different when you are just making your first move to a new city. Our property is one of the most luxurious Toronto highrises located at the intersection of Bloor St. and Sherbourne St. Our facility has over 400 rooms and offers more than you can imagine, including a gym, outdoor terrace, and movie theatre. Our property is ideally and centrally situated, putting the things you want practically outside your door. It takes a 3-minute walk to the subway station, an only 15-minute walk to Ryerson University, and a 20-minute walk to the University of Toronto.
We offer 3 types of rooms:
1. The Flex Basic is our most budget-friendly option. It has a single size bed and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart block-wall system. It is, however, a private area and is not open to anyone else. Flex Basic, on the other hand, is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. Analyzed on a price & performance analysis, it is a very efficient option and costs less than 25% of a deluxe room. Best option to enjoy Harrington quality, living highrise condo, and staying Downtown Toronto while paying less.
2. The flex room comes with a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 50'' Smart TV and a streaming device. In this room, students will have the feeling of a deluxe room. Flex room has a unique feature with bookcases surrounding the room. The Flex room is ideal for students looking for a luxury living with basic privacy. It is, however, a private room and is not open to anyone else. Flex room, on the other hand, is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. Analyzed on a price & performance analysis, it is a very efficient option and costs less than 20% of a Deluxe Room and gets the natural sunshine to a maximum extent, more extensively than other rooms and generally has the best view.
3. The Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 50" Smart TV and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a room. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.
