We have a beautiful view from which you can see 4 of the most important volcanoes around Quito and you wake up to a stimulating scene of gardens and trees. The neighborhood is very safe and you will feel free to experience the local culture around it. 2 blocks away from bus transportation, 3 minutes walk to banks, and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Lots of cafés, craft beer bars, restaurants, and veggie options around.
